Crome Honestly I think he did what would he care he still be getting what he wanted so there’s no point in axing him off when things are going somewhat smoothly
Notice that Braig's eyes aren't yellow yet. But when he appears again at the end of the game they are? He was already part-nort before becoming Xigbar.
funny story: my sister was having a hard time with this fight (probably because the block wasn't working on our controller) like who knows how many times she had to do it before she beat it (but I was there for all of it so just know it was A LOT) but I kept hearing the song play over and over since she kept losing and playing again that I grew to love the battle music in this battle so much and the battle itself as well
Not really. Considering Eraqus isn't the one destroying worlds in a quest for power. Xehanort is basically showing at every turn why the darkness is a bad thing.
Yes and the Keyblade war basically shows why light too can be a bad thing. The war started before the first shadow appeared so it was a war born from pure light. Balance is the one point Xehanort was right about. Eraquse does not want balance he wants to destroy all Darkness which would in turn make the same setting that the first Keyblade War was born which past has proven is a problem not the solution.
Oh... My... Fucking... God. I've beaten this game three times. First on Easy, then Normal, then Proud. Each time, he was the hardest boss in the game to me, but through grinding Radiant Garden, I was able to beat him finally. Now, on my fourth play on Critical mode, I simply couldn't beat him. I couldn't even break his first life bar, and he could kill me in 2 combos. The entire time... all three times that I've beaten him... I had no idea... that you could reflect his bullets. I always dodged everything, and could only get hits in with Shotlock and when he was reloading.
He had the same movements and voice. There's a cutscene in 2.5 that's a flashback of Xigbar with his hood up talking to Zexion. It matches perfectly with Luxu, especially in Japanese.
This game was pretty cool getting to see a lot of characters from the other games but younger like xigbar, Axel, and even Saïx. It’s really cool to see how xigbar was a mercenary before he joined the organization.
One thing I've noticed with this game is that almost allll the boss damage comes from countering and blocking their attacks. Especially Braig and the final episode battles with Aqua.
I still don't see how Terra ended up trusting Master Xehanort. EVERYTHING about him says evil. Heck, he doesn't even follow the somewhat discriminatory analogy of Kingdom Hearts BBS that shows: Blue eyes = good guys. Seriously check, every good guy non disney character have blue eyes. Small very small fraction has greenish eyes but if it's blue it's not true. Or something like that.
I can really appreciate games like these. the pure consistency the kh series has with the bosses is fantastic. It is said that the nobodies are stronger than the humans and apparently the heartless too. this fight displays past zigbar well they don't make him attack insanely crazy in this game to up the ante.
So, I notice that, although the game is different, and almost everything is different, Braig still fights almost exactly the same as Xigbar does. He has the...FPS...thing, snipe attack, he teleports and spams you with chain bullets, and he has charged shots. Only real difference I can see is the abscense of warp-snipe's overpowered-ness. Makes me want to play the game over, and make a seperate save before every Org XIII fight, so I don't have to play the entire game over again.
Don't you just love how Braig's face just bleeds at 7:20? Usually when people get hurt like that in Kingdom Hearts, their Hearts just fly away from them. Hell, that guy running through Traverse Town in the first game loses his heart after he trips on his own feet, but not Braig! All he does his bleed a lot.
what is your level? I'm in 18 and i'm fighting with him :S. And one more thing when i go do sinthesis or in this game ''meld commands'' my ingredients are not selectable. *EXCUSE MY BAD ENGLISH I AM BRAZILLIAN thanks :) take my like and subscribe
Hey Bizkit047? You can actually guard against the snipe attacks. I actually did mange to pull it off a few times. The timing can be kind of annoying, though, so running is not a bad idea. Not in the slightest.
The only thing that I hate about this game is that dodge roll/dash is what is mainly used to beat bosses and it gets dull but still, this has the best fighting mechanic from all the kingdom hearts games.
its not final mix... i liked seeing all the commands and information bars in japanese, even with no clear interpretation of them without a guide... this version works well too though
this fight gave me so much trouble then i blocked his bullets and i'm like, OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and i beat it so fast after lol
The keyblade always seemed like a lighthearted weapon to me, cartoon stars would fly out when you hit things with it and all. But when I heard that Xigbar's scars came from Terra I was pretty excited to hear a keyblade could cause realistic injuries. Kind disappointed to find out it was from dark magic...
I still find it absolutely hilarious that you can use Sleep on Braig
Because we the fans were sleeping on Braig 😉
Old Luxu just wanted his Keyblade back, huh
Guess that's why he was introduced as mystery man Braig lmao
And he ended up losing an eye.
Cyber Soul After everything he was willing to do despite how wrong it clearly was screw him
I can see you.
I can see you
I can fucking see you.
He's like a pervet.
+Jassmyn Thornton Whoops. XD
'Defeat the mystery man, Braig' always cracked me up. Not much of a mystery.
TheLunarLegend we all know who he is, Cuz of his signature phrase: "As if", and his bad boy personality.
well.. this comment hasn’t aged well
Don't underestimate Nomura dude
hey so uh... about that...
Luxu... Bragi..
You clever little sneak
11:35 Good God, he' probably could've snatched it from him at any given time.
11:35 If only Xehanort knew...
Having part of Xehanort's heart might having given him the ablity to have emotions as a Nobody. The same situation with Roxas.
SSJ Zeldafan Also explaining why there's only 13 of them, because it's so rare for a xehanort enouncter
Presumably Braig started his Xehanortification off screen after the fight with Terra.
this theory doesnt even make sense xD
@@lpfan4491 why?

Xehanort thinks he has everything under control
The true mastermind was right in front of him all along
even though xehanort is indeed the bad guy, he has a point with master eraqus being blinded by the light
And now Braig is partially blind as well.
Badum-tshh
A bit late but Master Eaqus said it himself. "Obsession leads to Darkness" Master Eraqus is obsessed with the light and destroying the dark xD
Not really. Considering Eraqus isn't the one destroying worlds in a quest for power. Xehanort is basically showing at every turn why the darkness is a bad thing.

I can only think when Terra hears Master Terra he's like, That sound like a cape earning title.
7:25 The Amazing Jumping Man!
Oh... My... Fucking... God.

***** I know your pain. I had no idea that I could put him TO SLEEP. The hell I endured man. The first time I fought him was on CRITICAL.
Fucking hate this shit head too
Would you kindly not use God's Name in vain? It's offensive. Thank you.
OtterloopB fuck off you loser. No such thing as god anyway
TheAnimePlaceX dang bruh you stupid.
Xigbar: I can see you I can see you I can see you Got you no Terra: Yeah not happening *Block*
7:24 ? Bunny hop?
We get it, Braig, you're a fan of shooters.
Damn, to think Xigbar was Luxu all along... Damn Nomura
He had the same movements and voice. There's a cutscene in 2.5 that's a flashback of Xigbar with his hood up talking to Zexion. It matches perfectly with Luxu, especially in Japanese.
11:19 is it wrong, that i found this part funny.
hope edwards I was laughing too
hope edwards XD

"I can see you!!"
"I can see you!!"
"I can see you!!"
OMG SHUT UP CREEPER!!
I still don't see how Terra ended up trusting Master Xehanort. EVERYTHING about him says evil. OMFG!!!!
FINALLY BEAT HIM!!
Thank you so much!!
@madaraoluv2 I guess it wasn't the "running with scisors" theory after all. *gasp*
That's how he got his face scar too. :D
You can block his shots while he's in fps mode btw
So, I notice that, although the game is different, and almost everything is different, Braig still fights almost exactly the same as Xigbar does. 1:18 Oh, you sneaky little bastard.
In my headcanon, Braig is the son of KH Solid Snake and Sniper Wolf.
My god, you have a trouble mind lol
I was thinking something's missing on Braig. And that's the yellow eyes.
Come back here from KH3
Am I the only one that noticed the sheep sound when the Sleep spell was used?
***** I meant that I just noticed it at that point.
@kusamiro you can block the shots back
"Clever little sneak!"
I liked that line in KH II. I wish they'd reused that one.
Also, dang, Braig's a quick jumper.
His eyes turn yellow at the end of the game I just realized or should I say eye
9:41 boom best dialogue of kingdom hearts bbs
whats the music in the background when Braig first appears
Shaded Truths
I wonder if master xehanort can control lightning
what's the name of the song in the first cutscene? keep forgetting
Shaded Truths
can you use magic on him when he is like in i can see you status?
Braig, what was your goal!?
I found it interesting that Braig had diffrent Snipe sprite in Japanese and English versions.
If you saw an old man tied up and being held "hostage", I'm sure you'd listen to him as well.
I wonder if Luxu still holds a grudge against Terra for what he did to him?
I lol'd at 4:05
Terra: "Fire!" *turns into Diamond Dust style* "...wut?"
@knife071 No, it's strictly for the PSP.
I remember playing this boss fight with my big cousin, and when he played it he said: What the heck, he can fly? I get stucked.
11:18
"Mysterious man Braig" Okay anyone who played KHII should know who he is just from the attack pattern.
can this game be played on ps2?? pls reply....
And that's how xigbar lost his eye.
Jeez, why can't we fight Demyx or something?
U mean when his eyes become yellow, he's already part of Xehanort ? o.O
... So who was possessing Terra when he took out Aurora's Heart? ...
Maleficent
It is implied Maleficent is waking up Darkness, and it stole her heart.
"USE THE BOOST TO GE THROUGH!"
I was thinking the same thing when I first played, but it was more like "Hey look, it's a human Pogo Stick! Must be a hit at parties. o.0" xD
I have a question. Is Terra a good guy or a bad guy or both? Please reply.
Arika Koski terra is a good guy
Just...misguided
how did you record this?
ive been trying to beat this bastard but i just cant thanks for this
what is your level? I'm in 18 and i'm fighting with him :S. And one more thing when i go do sinthesis or in this game ''meld commands'' my ingredients are not selectable.
*EXCUSE MY BAD ENGLISH I AM BRAZILLIAN thanks :) take my like and subscribe
THis was before he was becoming a Xehanort.
Xehanort sounds like a sith-lord
Yea I think the scary part is that I would totally listen to Master Xehanort
I finally beat him after ~20 tries. THANK YOU!!!
Hey Bizkit047?
You can actually guard against the snipe attacks. I actually did mange to pull it off a few times. The timing can be kind of annoying, though, so running is not a bad idea. Not in the slightest.
man braig's (exigbar) voice reminds me of rob van dam from wwe
The only thing that I hate about this game is that dodge roll/dash is what is mainly used to beat bosses and it gets dull but still, this has the best fighting mechanic from all the kingdom hearts games.
Oh yeah, Master Xehanort doesn't strike me as evil at all. I'd totally listen to him.
His eye is gone
its not final mix... i liked seeing all the commands and information bars in japanese, even with no clear interpretation of them without a guide... this version works well too though
What kingdom hearts game is this
Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep
Counter hammer is absolutely bae in this game destroys most if not all bosses in terras story
Oh, the old Xehanort is a such a thin troll. I mean listen to him, at that point of the game all that he said souds so right!
Excalibur: (Watches Xehanort deceive Terra) Fool!
This right reminds me of the begining of Star Wars 3 :v
even on critical THIS FIGHT WAS EASY ASS HELL
I C A N S E E Y O U
I love how Xehanort doesn't take any of Braig's crap.
The power of plot armor in its physical form !
Clever little sneak
can't take you seriously with all those gems and that pick axe bruh
this fight gave me so much trouble then i blocked his bullets and i'm like, OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and i beat it so fast after lol
I can see you!
step 3 ya nort a boy
Hm. Ironic Jesse McCartney's character has no darkness in his heart when another of his characters takes to the shadows and combats The Light.
So, I guess Xigbar never needed his eye patch after all. lol.
Yes.
The keyblade always seemed like a lighthearted weapon to me, cartoon stars would fly out when you hit things with it and all. But when I heard that Xigbar's scars came from Terra I was pretty excited to hear a keyblade could cause realistic injuries. Kind disappointed to find out it was from dark magic...
ammash3000 if a keyblade like that were to hit you in real life ezpect some broken bones 😂😂😂
Braig is great. He's awesome in battle and hilariously cocky but then later you see that he's nothing more than a dirty coward.
All I can think of is Xibarg when fighting this boss! Probably because Xibarg is Braig's nobody. In this case, Braig needs his own game!
Braig>Xigbar IMO!
yup
***** ah ok, I didn't understand before
Auditor I've been saying that to my bro thnx he understands know
@pinovids When he's up there shooting at you, all you can do is dodge.
gotta love braig/xigbar xD
I mean auroros
Man i hate birth by sleep i hate being so weeak i cannot defeat vanitas
train up to level 36-40 youll beat him no problem
+ultimatearmorx rosario I alreaydy did, I am just stuck at disney town with ventus story
you hate birth by sleep because you suck at it? (facepalm) I've given up on humanity -_-
nintendomaster64 Very accurated and your right people just dosent try
Jejejee sorry
I am the next boss. And I fail to beat Terra. What a bummer!
... If Terra can put him to sleep, why doesn't he just leave him there :T
Yeah but all demyx does is fool around with his guitar, it would be so much easier...
Okay, Braig has to be the worst name I've ever heard of.
I cAn sEe yOu
Kh3 players where you at!!!!
