Hi, I clean my washing machine on the hottest wash (90) every month with 200mls vinegar in dispenser and bicarb of soda in drum. After each wash I leave the door open and up to now have had no issues with smells from my washers. I've never changed my hoses don't know if supposed to. Great motivation as always, take care xx

I have the same washer and every time I’m done washing I remove the soap compartment and it minimizes mold to almost none. Also, leave the washer open when you’re done washing so it can bend properly.

Joanna, great playroom organization! I’ve heard this tip from several TH-camrs regarding front loader washers , to keep it from getting moldy, you have to leave the door open and let it dry after use. GE appliances has a washer that has a built in function to dry the inside of the washer to keep it from molding. When I go to the laundromat, I’ve also notice the attendant keeps the doors open on their front loaders after each use too.

When I was little I loved Barbie’s and all the accessories. I had a Barbie car, a Barbie RV, a Barbie house and clothes. Over the years from when I was 3-11 years old just collected it. Also I loved coloring too.

I love the toy room. So organized and pretty. I was going to tell you that a few years ago, we splurged and bought a set of front loaders, and the pull out drawers underneath. No matter what we did, as time went in, we could not get the smell out. Loved our dryer though. A few months ago we decided to sell the set for cheap, and we bought a new set with the agitators. Congratulations on 2 years of Youtubing! About a year ago I found myself at a crossroads in my new life as a first time mom, no family help, and a working husband. Cleaning seemed impossible and from my traumatizing birth I was depressed. All those things became overwhelming and I just started to pray. I needed to change. Praying for healing in so many areas of my life. My mindset began to change and I thought one day I can't be alone. So I looked up cleaning videos on youtube, and to my surprise there was A LOT! You were probably, I don't know, let's say the tenth video I came across and I thought this channel was special. I didn't know it at the time, but I could tell you were a Christian and I found myself having quite a bit in common with you. Your channel honestly was an answered prayer, and I am so thankful for YOU. So, I thank you for all your heartfelt encouragement, motivation and just being a genuinely kind person. Oh and of course your sweet family that always brings a smile to my face-they remind me so much of my family I miss dearly! You forever have my support💞

I run a lemi shine appliance cleaner in my washer about 1-4 months and vinegar with every dishwasher load. It keeps it sparkling. If you are ever looking for a new washer or dryer, I have had my speed Queen (manual) top loader for about 6 years. I’ve never had a problem and I think there is a ten year warranty! We have problems with smell too and we know it's our water where we are. I too have taken our washer apart and always leave the door open and do a bi weekly deep clean and that's helped.
Great idea to cut back on toys. My niece lives with her dad and his wife now and they just had their 6th baby. So what they do is like rotate the toys out. She keeps a bunch of them in storage and has a certain amount out and then every few months when the kids are kind of getting bored with their toys she changes them out. It’s a cool idea and seems to work well.

For my front loader washing machine, I started using cleaner tablets by "Finally Fresh" once a month and have had no issues with smell since. It was recommended by the manufacturer when I called to complain about the odor after just a few months of use. I also clean my filter at the same time although my machine has a front access panel so it's easy to reach. They also told me to keep the door cracked open between loads, Might be worth a try.

To help the mold and mildew in the washing machine leave the drawer open a bit after every load. I also leave the door open after every load to stop the drum smelling. I also use baking soda in the machine once per month empty on a hot wash to clean the drum.
The playroom looks amazing! I just ordered a Cricut Joy and I’m excited for it to arrive. If you leave your washer door open and wipe out the gasket after each use, it will not smell.

I never clean the hoses. We use stuff to clean the machine, some kind of mixture. What you use for the sink, not too aggressive. And a splash of vinegar with every wash. No scale also no smell. It's awesome.
I totally live the video, the sorting in the play room on the floor.... My favourite thing to do. I can sort for hours, or used to be able to.

I run a hot cycle through my washing machine once a month. I buy a washing machine cleaner from the supermarket and use that. I also do the same with my dishwasher. I know when i bought my front loader it was recommended to clean it once a month. Also don't forget to wipe the seal around the door as they will go mouldy. (I'm in Australia, so it may be different in America).
I loved playing with my dolls. I think I played with them until I was 13ish! I had some “Ginny dolls” which were small dolls with wardrobes, beds, closet, etc. those were my favorites!

We've just gone into Tier 4 (basically full lockdown) where I live in the UK. No Christmas with our family at all and it's my son's first Christmas. I am gutted. But thought I'd watch your videos after getting the bad news as I really feel relaxed watching them. They motivate me most of the time, but when feeling low from all this lockdown stuff, it calms me haha. Thank you for making such great content 😍
My mother in law gave me my first Christmas village pieces and now i have a bunch! I love setting it up. I ended up taking out of boxes.
We have a top loading washer so the only thing that I clean regularly is the fabric softener dispenser that is in the middle of the agitator. I do try to run a cleaning cycle whenever I can think of it. I put it on the largest fill capacity and use hot water. Then I either put bleach or vinegar in the water and it the bleach dispenser and fabric softener dispenser on mine. Just depends on how I am feeling that day. You might be able to run vinegar only through your detergent dispenser once a week or so and it might help with keeping everything cleaner.
I have your playroom rug in my dressing area as a runner. I love the colors. Funny I used to nail my bedroom rugs over carpet so they would be still.

There was 5 of us growing up and I don’t remember having a lot of toys, but we had blanket forts with chairs and also played lava, but we jumped on the furniture (I am sure my mom loved that😏, I even cringe now thinking about that) and we loved playing outside, even in the winter (from Minnesota). My dad built a skating rink in the back yard. I never remember feeling like we were doing without. (We did have some toys) My mom was so good about letting us have fun and being kids. (Of course without destroying the house completely)😉 Love your videos! Ty❤️

My favorite toys as a kid were Barbies, Cabbage Patch Kids, and Strawberry Shortcake dolls. We played outside all day long. Took our bicycles to the local swimming pool every day during the summers and played with the neighborhood kids. Ours was probably the last generation that could be safe outside and didn't have technology to destroy our imaginations. P.S. Almost to 100K subs!
