I thought the same thing about Travis when I listened to his testimony, I did not believe a word he said specially after watching the video of his interrogation, when the cops literally hand fed him the information, and he simply agreed, and replied the same as what was told to him. Once Travis realized that the police thought that Tucker was involved, he simply went along with it, knowing that that would get him off of the murder conviction. This is a simple case when you stop looking at all of the petty details like the way he looks or the way he talks or carries himself and you only pay attention to the actual facts in the actual evidence you see that the states case is extremely weak, and they do not have any actual evidence, no physical evidence no DNA evidence. The only testimony that they have is from Travis himself and you guys are and girls believe this that’s hilarious. Common sense in America has fallen into an all-time low.

If Tucker is claiming this was a slimy investigation he needs a real lawyer!
The only thing slimy in this situation is Franklin Tucker
Lawyers are crooks.
He never says anything so far about feeling awful that someone was murdered during his poor sad self being handcuffed, so that’s a red flag!!!
Oh good grief 🙄🤦.
if you were arrested and accused of something you didn't do, would you? I think you'd be thinking about other things.
"Right?...."
This man just loves himself he's the centre of his own universe! boring!
He just goes on and on and onnnnnnn about nothing of importance. Nothing. Other then bs and lies. He did this. He knows he did this... and hes making himself look real foolish infront of the jury and court in general trying to defend himself as his own counsel. He was better off with his millionaire gf or wife hiring him a good lawyer... he may have cleaned himself up for his trial but he knows what he was doing at that 'treehouse' 😏
Watching this 1 month later….
Legend has it he’s still telling his story on the stand and still hasn’t got to the point of his story “you know” 😂
He talked way too much
I'm a juror sitting on a hard chair and this guy thinks I want to hear his load of BS?
G G G G G G GUILTYYYYYYYYYY 🎉
Ridiculous, shameful and pathetic, every step so far has been unacceptable
Yes, The state of florida is trying to prosecute an innocent man. The sheriff In charge of this case was fired for misconduct.... don't believe everything you hear. Do your own research and study the facts and evidence. And you will see he is innocent.... Just because he's an arrogant asshole doesn't make him Guilty
This is so weird!!
Dudes literally having a conversation with himself and completely unaware of it .
How the judge is ok with this guy talking him back every single time?
Some where’s along the lines, somewheres along the night, ya know… he couldn’t stop saying that 😅
“You know?” Yes. Yes, I think we do know.
He was done with what he had to say long before he stopped talking.
I’m sorry but I have to say as a black man, this is the first white Tyron I’ve ever seen.
😂
What does that mean. im scottish
@@celticwarrior777 It means rangers are shite 😉👊
Ramble on!
I want a count of how many times he says “you know”. Wild.
And “right?” 😅
He’s in love with himself.
God I hope they know by now “you know”
Look at his mugshot, he admitted he was with the other co-defendants, he story doesn’t make sense, he’s nasty and thinks he’s above everyone. He will have a wake up call when he is in prison. Anyone with a murder charge or SA shouldn’t get bond at all.
why would you look at a mugshot to determine anything? It means he was arrested. You don't have to be guilty to be arrested. Being "with" people doesn't mean you're guilty either, what are you saying. who upvoted this
I thought the woman that was stabbed said he wasn't the second attacker
Seriously there are people that spend years in prison to be found innocent how would you feel sitting in a jungle type environment except way worse waiting for trial for something you didn't do?
The sigh at 29:17 has me 💀
Huh...?🤔
Right
3 boats and only one tooth 😮
“I had 3 boats” relevance? This poor jury. How disgusting listening to his boasting.
Wish I had a dollar for every time he says "right". He blacked out and doesn't remember what happened but knows he's innocent. He was going to take off on a boat but wanted to get custody of his son. Guess the child doesn't need a stable home. The police made him walk home. No, they didn't give you a free ride home. This person is very scary. Wonder if he has a one way ticket to Vietnam?
When is the cross?
Rambling….
I've heard of talking past the close but this is ridiculous.
Boy he likes to talk about him. I’m getting narcissistic vibes
Hopefully the jury will get swayed by the evidence and not his practiced and seemingly rehearsed,charm-induced narrative.
He really thinks he is charming I had to keep myself from barfing during his whole testimony
Hopefully the jury will pay attention to the FACTS of the case and if the state can prove beyond ALL REASONABLE doubt their case.
Whatever evidence, please tell me what evidence have you been shown during this trial from the state, other than the testimony from Travis?
Buahahahahahahaha 😂
No matter where you stand you gotta admit he’s having fun with these doofuses.
I 100% certain that he’s guilty but the State has no evidence against him, waste of taxpayers money with this trial.
They offered him a plea deal, time served (3 years) and he would get out of jail immediately and he refused 😂
1 day later the judge ruled this case a mistrial.
I called it.
It is insane what our taxpayers money is being wasted on, anyone with a working brain knows the case has no case but a bunch of “highly educated and intelligent” lawyers thought otherwise.
Becaise if hes not guilty taking guilty plea destroys his jobs and housing ability
@@celticwarrior777
Buhahahahahaha.
It baffles me how people say things they know nothing about.
He’s never have a job, he’s married to a multi millionaire, he’s set for life.
What housing are you talking about ?
@@celticwarrior777
What’s your drug of choice ? Do you know what a plea deal is ? He’s pleading to a way lesser crime: like tampering with evidence.
How does a criminal conviction disqualify you from anything ? I’m 100% certain that you don’t live in America.
I really want to understand how that would destroy his job and housing
He annoys me so much!
So many comments that he’s 100 percent guilty. None mentioning they are so certain due to certain evidence. Actually I don’t think anyone has. They just say he’s guilty because he is a narcissist, or because of his “selective memory”, on he loves to ramble and all the attention.
I don’t know but for someone that was 100 percent guilty and was offered a plea deal of Time Served!! You think they would jump all over it asap. Not turn it down and risk life in prison. Turning down time served because he says he’s innocent is very hard not to believe him.
The rambling is exhausting
The Devil in disguise
rambling on and on, right!? count how many times he says "Right?".
He made a huge mistake in testifying. He isn't even a good liar. Guilty AF.
Wow, that’s crazy.
Yet hung jury 😂😂😂😂😂😂 mistrial 😂
