Ty did a good job representing himself and making the prosecution look really bad. When he was being cross examined the way the prosecution was talking to him you could tell Ty’s gotten under their skin. Prosecutors don’t have solid evidence to prove he’s guilty and I really think it’s a waste of money to do this case all over again

On the other hand I found Travis immensely credible. He's certainly no angel, but when confronted he owned his crime & is living the consequences now. They also didn’t COVER the Johnny Depp Trial. I followed that Depp Accusation since 2016. I wrote email after email after email to CourTV: “Why aren’t you covering the Depp Accusations?” Leading up to the Virginia Trial, I again wrote them: “Why aren’t you covering this?” They finally talked about it Briefly at the beginning of The Virginia Trial. THEN THE DEPP TRIAL BLEW UP IN THE 2ND WEEK OF THE DEPP TRIAL. Then: CourTV FINALLY COVERED IT. I finally figured out WHY they didn’t cover DEPP FOR SEVERAL YEARS:::: It’s that CourTV has a BELIEVEALLWOMEN Mentality. After The Depp Trial, I saw The Pattern: THEY DIDN’T COVER THE TREVOR BAUER ACCUSATIONS, even though it’s been proved it was FALSE. They didn’t cover the False Accusations Against Marilyn Manson, which were PROVED to be False. CourTV has AN AGENDA --- AND IF THE CASE DOESN’T FIT THEIR AGENDA, THEY WON’T COVER IT.
They GRUDGINGLY covered Depp because IT BECAME SO HUGE, and they acted as if Amber was THE EXCEPTION of the rule. It’s NOT. Amber IS NOT THE EXCEPTION. Many accusations turn out to be false, but CourTV ignores the stories.
I have NO IDEA why CourTV is ignoring the KC freezing story, but my guess is they have some sort of agenda.

@@freefranklintucker I was referring to what you said during interviews. Don’t get me wrong, I totally understand being disgusted and angry, as well as you knowing the case better than anyone else. BUT when your life is on the line and you’re having to defend it according to the law, you have to bury that pride and realize you’re playing a game where you don’t know the rules. A trial is so much more than just the facts. It’s about strategy, preserving the record for an appeal so you have a chance with the appellate court if convicted, creating reasonable doubt, discrediting witnesses, taking the stand with a lawyer on direct to aide you, etc. I get that there might be benefits for pro se but none that are worth my life behind bars. I’m glad you have legal representation this time. I don’t doubt that they agree with you 150%. They needed him to testify that Ty was the murderer, so they wouldn’t get sued for false imprisonment. There was only two people involved. One was a black man and one was a white man. The white man was the so-called getaway driver, but all along He was the murderer. They found the stolen backpack of goods at the so-called getaway drivers house. Why would he have had it if he was just this innocent getaway driver?
