Hmm never thought to use vinyl and eyelets. I've been making mine from 5 mil laminating pouches (since I mainly use pocket), though I'm trying to figure out how to make larger sizes. So far, I've even made a few where the covers actually have pockets in the front and back following your tutorials. Thanks for the great visual. I really should write down my measurements and steps to making one... Each one is an experiemtn since I don't remember what I did to make the first ones.

Could you use a hole punch if u dont have the big bite tool??
It would need to punch a hole that will work with your eyelets if you are using them, but yes a regular hole punch would work.
