      I loved walking through town and imagining what it was like to live there in the 1700’s.

    So much history in that area for sure! My grandmother that I am named after is buried at the Moravian Church cemetery.

    Thank you, sir. That was so helpful. My great x4 grandparents are buried in God’s Acre cemetery. I want to go to Bethania and try to find their graves and visit the museum. Now, I can visualize where to go.

    Where is Kings Mountain?

      Kings Mountain is about 33 miles west of Charlotte, NC and 118 miles from Bethania.

      @@TimothyFrench Oh okay thanks. My parents live in Tobaccoville and I was surprised with this video. I love this little area but did not really know that historical part and it being in the 1800's.

      No, it’s a town right outside of Winston Salem. Old Salem which was call Salem before it merged with Winston was one of three early Wachovia settlements. Salem, Bethabara and Bethania.
