Hey! This was extremely helpful, thank you very much. I don't know why I'm having trouble with these guys. They are brand new and for some reason will stop feeding from time to time.
I read on the evike site under the description on these specific mags to use a couple drops of pure silicone oil in the top hole then fill it up with bbs to "break" them in. The spring inside and what not.

Why the hell can't i take the base plate off? I push as hard as i can and I'm not weak and it won't move the button. I can do this with the pmags why not these?
The little piece got put in backwards.. the smaller side faces the hole you feed the bbs into. Just took apart my brand new mag to silicone oil it.
Yeah working on untangling my spring right now... Didn't watch this video before I took my mag apart.

I had a weird clear piece of plastic in there that was loose and ratting. Is it part of the mag? I didn’t see it in your mag
Which orientation does the follower go? I've seen it both ways...

i dont currently have a generic mid cap so i wouldnt know the answer to that. i was going to make a video on the generic on as well but it was stolen a couple weeks ago
