Nothing wrong with steam museums - the one in Kew is stunning. They have a steam pumping engine which was used to pump water out of mines. It's several storeys high and Dickens called it a 'monster'. A couple of times a year they get it working.
I love the fact that every joke made about david, you can actually see it happening in your mind.

Lombok is not an island in Bali. They're both islands in Indonesia.
But Bali is also a province, which includes Lombok as well as the actual island of Bali.
Catherine Butler It's really not... the province where Lombok is located is NTB (West Nusa Tenggara). I'm Indonesian and travel to the area frequently.

Apart from Hannible being a dipshit, he (it's the only thing I agree on) and Matt have a point in saying she's not a fun person. She was very loud, easily insulted and couldn't make jokes without seeming actually agressive.
Apart from perhaps Hannible in person, I think they could've picked anyone, and they would've been better.
If you can afford a return ticket to Bali, then surely you ought to be sufficiently educated to know that Lombok is a separate island.
