I have become lucid in many dreams, but never catch on that I should do cool things, or try to control the dreams. I just go along with it only barely aware I’m dreaming. It feels almost like being too stoned to get something important done, because you can’t stay present enough to remember what you’re doing. Very frustrating when I wake up and realize the missed opportunity…
I’ve been having lucid dreams on and off since I was a child. A few years ago I was having them every night and sometimes they would last days. On one occasion I encountered a friend who had passed away from suicide a couple of years before, I got talking to him about life and death and the nature of reality, his responses felt so real and I was reminded of his mannerisms, it really felt as if it wasn’t being generated by my imagination or subconscious. I asked him where we go when we die and he pointed at the ground, smiled and said ‘we go here’ there was a real vibe that I was learning secrets that I shouldn’t be able to know.
Dream Report: I was 18 years old and 100 into my first schizophrenic episode. The hallucinations are visual and auditory at the time. I'm trying to fall asleep on my moms couch and I hear a police radio station emiting from the fish tank with multiple voices talking about crime in town and I hear lots of beeps and clicks. I realize after 20 minutes or so that its probably my schizophrenia acting up. I try and focus my attention outside of the house and fall into the delusion that there is multiple dark entites outside the home trying to get in. I hear knocking at the door but am to afraid to move from the couch. If I open the door to look than they will surly get in. The entities I feel are outside are now talking to me and say that they are reptillians that want to steal energy and blood from my body when I fall asleep. I hear the cries, sreams and threats coming from entities outside so I ask for any bevenolent forces in the universe to come to my aid. I feel a rush of water like energy fill the room and flood out all the voices. I feel calm enough to fall asleep at this point. I roll from my side to my back and start breathing in atemp to sleep. I feel a slight buzzing and pricking in my body accompanied by a varity of high and low pitched tones in my ears. It sounds exactly like an CAT scan. My immediate thought is that higher beings or aliens are doing spiritual surgary on my mind body, soul, complex. The feeling was uncomfortable at first but I heard a voice that told me to lay still to get the most healing from this experience. The alien CAT scan lasted for about 10 mins and i was left feeling finally exhausted. As I started drifting off to that deep place that is sleep I started seeing grey movement in the distances of my black closed eye vision. These grey visuals looked like rats the closer they approched to my eyes and it scared me because they appered to me real and gave a feeling of being hunted. These rats became more defined as the seconds passed so I opened my eyes to look at the dark room. When i would close my eyes again the grey rats would crawl back into view and start to approch. I would open my eyes a few more times but I was so tired I decided to just accept the beings I was seeing. When I made my intention to be peaceful and go to sleep these rats came up one last time. As these rats got close enough to touch they all suddenly shapeshifted into grey aliens with giant black eyes. I was paralyzed and fell into a deep dream. I dont recall a period of time after passing out but the next thing in my field of vision is a grey, trapazoid shaped, concreat room with a wodden fold out desk. I am sitting in a foldable metal chair looking across this table to a humaoid reptillian. The room is brightly lit but has no light source. This reptillian entitie has a long neck like a smake, a body the size of the tallest men and the girth of a body builder. Arms, legs and all. This is a male and he is vary mad at me. This is an interrogation and hes asking me why I dont live at my grandmothers house any more, he is saying i'm weak because i had lost the family land. He is not happy with my answers and stops talking to me. He refers me to the door and I was surprised that i was allowed to leave. I am in shock, i am now in my grandmother's house in the front yard looking out to the street. I turned around and in my shock this reptillian interrogation room is sitting in the middle of the yard. How had I never noticed this before? I take a few steps towards the red painted fence and take notice that all of my grandmothers plants are here in this dream. I look up and see that it is night, the stars are plentiful. I cast my vision down to admire the purple lilac flowers but see in the distance the head and neck of a snake. I grab ahold of the red fence and look out to see two large reptillians of similar height but they are much more slender. The beings are over 10 ft tall and have a beautiful aura about them. The energy coming off these beings was large bands of black and white stacked ontop of eachother represting neturality of good and evil. I am looking at the faces and make my way down the necks. My gosh these necks are very long. I can identify that one is a male and one is a female. I also notice that these reptillians have a wooden baby carrage with a baby snake man in it. This baby is wraped up in a lavender colored blanket and has a purple pillow. I am now feeling terrified and less alone in the universe. These beings have children so they must be capable of love but they are giant and covered in scales. I didn't bother to try and talk to this couple because they looked at me like I was having a mental break down. Instead I found fear and started running to my grandma's backyard. I ran a good 70 feet until I found the back yards fence. I see a goat ontop of this fence, I yell out "no more scapegoats!" I did this on sight of the goat and was embarrassed. I jump over this fence and land on the dirt behind it. I look down the fence line and spot a bicycle. I belive this is a gift left to me by the universe and is not stealing so I hop on it and start to ride aceoss town to my moms house where my body is. I can not fly or teleport to my body but I know if i find it i can wake ulback up. I remember that theres a lot of dark entities around my moms house so I stoped at a friends that lives down the road from her. I pull up on the bike and look into my friends home to see my brother W, my mom, and step dad are all inside of his home. This would never happen in real life. Are they shapeshifters I think to myself. I start riding to my moms driveway but decide that if my family is at As house then my family might of been replaced too. I look around me to try and collect myself and see a bunch of lights and fireworks up the road a little further and decide to investigate. I am in a enpty grass lot and i see a bunch of carnival workers and performers practing their acts. People are juggling, dancing and more. I see a man and recognize him as my father. We have a few words and than I woke up. Ive never met my father in real life.
About a week ago, I had a dream where I was staring out of my window, and I was able to see the yachts super clearly on the sea, and that was when I realized I was dreaming, because I am shortsighted in real life.
Im a delirante lucid dreamer. In my dreams I can manipulate what I do and im conscious, however I cant fathom that im in a dream ever so I end up just walking around and living life as if i was in real life only to wake up and be like “wait what the f-“
I had a lucid dream recently and I basically was outside in a field and there was my gym teacher for some weird reason and she was just talking to other students and then I went closer to the school and it had so many floors and seemed really old and then I realized I was dreaming so I looked down at my hands to make sure and then they were all distorted and I like felt m brain move or something and then I was able to make myself fly and then I smushed two rooms in the school together and that’s all I remember and there was a room with like a whole bunch of dolls in it so that dream was strange but also cool since it was my first time lucid dreaming
I had a dream I was sitting on my chair in my room watching TH-cam and I wondered why I was there for some reason and I did a reality check I had 6-7 fingers and I new I was dreaming so i tried to stabilize it Hoping it would be the first lucid dream I could control I tried to push my finger through my palm and my finger went mostly through my finger nail was poking through the back it looked scary after a while of looking at it I remembered there was so much I could be doing so I got up and walked into my hallway and went past my bathroom then everything went black I saw two hands trying to grab each other then I woke up on the toilet and thought it was real a little later I woke up again
The unlocking a videogame feature got my attention. When I was a child, I had Mortal Kombat 2 on the original grey brick Nintendo Gameboy. In my dream, I turned my opponent into a baby. The dream was so realistic, I woke immediately, loaded the game, chose Scorpion and played the win, loss, flawless victory and button sequence at the end - as in my dream - to see "BABALITY!!"......it blew my mind. I didn't even know it was a feature, before my dream. Since then other things have manifested, relationships etc. The thing is, in dreams that come true, I'm a viewer, not a participant. Not as fun, but obviously significant. I do enjoy controlling elements of the dream. People who don't experience this are missing out.
If you guys ever find yourself in a lucid dream, in the middle of the dream, try to open a portal to WHEREVER you want to go. Works like a charm.

I just had a sleep paralysis episode this morning, after dreaming about shopping at my local supermarket.
