Yes these guys are great with workouts, they've the years of experience they knows the movements and all but when it comes to nutrition and other scientific facts, feels like they're talking about that one youtuber or influencer they follow and speaking about it without proper base

There is nothing like hairloss and all its safe i used for past 1 year and nothing has happened no hairloss instead my hair growth has become more rapid😂😅
