sir, you did not indicate where you got the 0.54! I believe it is due to the void ratio. Since Cement, Sand & Gravel have different void ratio & proportion 0.54 can not apply as a fix factor. Just my opinion!
Using 1.54 here and another video u re using 1.57....thou thats not a problm .the problm is how do you know the number of truck of sand or granite to get.

Yes he use 1.54 factor can lower to 1.34
Assumed Cement is more than m25 my experience that amount of Cement will gives strength of m45
Weight of aggregate= 0.77×1750= 1347.5 kgs ,here 1750is unit wt of aggregate, so aggregate required is 1347.5kgs
