  • Yang Style practice session at Center for Positive Aging, (Hollywood Senior Center) Portland, Oregon instructor Paul REinhertz. Every session is different except for the first section. We practice for balance, through flow and appropriate posture...that is alignment: suspension from the crown; alignment of "shoulder; hip; heel and wrist; knee toe, all held together by the breath.
