Mal was right, that's a gorgeous and stunning building. I never had known much about Chapel Hill, other than it's a college town. Much thanks for the views!
They used to have one in Crystal Peaks in Sheffield. The mall got to appear in the film Four Lions, except they used a different Sheffield mall, Meadowhall, for the exterior shots...so it's unintentionally hilarious when local people see it and it cuts from the exterior of one to the interior of the other.
Every year, my friends and I get together for Ham Nite. We eat ham, drink ham soda (excess water and grease from ham we cooked for Ham Nite, carbonated using a Soda Stream), and watch Pirates: Band of Misfits, a British claymation movie in which the characters partake in a ham feast called Ham Nite, which is the namesake for our event. It's a wonderful time.
It's so weird every time you and your channel pops into my head you posted earlier In that day, I still regret not stopping to greet yin's when you went on that east coast vacation in 2017, you guys popped into my local card shop looking for games and I lost the nerve. Glad to see you still active
Oh man, I recognized South Hills mall in an instant. I went there many times as a kid because there was a model train store called Tom's Trains and my dad and I liked to build model train stuff together. They closed several years ago, but I guess they left the display.
Even when you've talked about it on Breakfast Stream, it's still surreal seeing malls deserted like that. The ones near me in the UK remain pretty bustling, even though they have suffered from the loss of a few big department stores like Debenham's.
Loved the music in this clip- it's very chill. I'm pretty sure I know it from one of the people who does Animal Crossing speed-builds on TH-cam. Pretty sure it was LexPlay but I can't be sure. Also, the garden footage was really nice
Two channels come to mind when I watch this video--Dan Bell, with his Dead Mall Series, and brutalmoose, who has covered the creation of a few Popin' Cookin' boxes in the past. Good stuff.
Saw Warhammer Underworlds in the background at the game store, super fun game i highly recommend! Plus you could paint them for a mal makes stream, and then play the game on tabletop 😏
Was it just me or was the video in the mall a little jittery with the frame rate. Not when Stephen was showing his face it was during 3:09 and a little after.
Paul got to see the best Mall of all...Mall OryGeorg. One of a kind
Dan at 11:08 is a vibe.

1:10 now THAT'S something you don't often see, a Model Railway layout in a mall

Love that model train display in the mall. I've always had an interest in that sort of thing, but I just don't have the space for it. Maybe one day.
THE HAM PARTY 🎉🎉🎉
Yay, the ham party!
Those are some beautiful locations!
And Mal, that coat is fantastic :D
I think it was a Christmas present from Rhonda (don't remember if it was 2016, -17 or -18)
I hope you guys get back to the gardens at the end of the month to see it in bloom!
The Harpy Rule is hilarious XD
Y'all visited Duke!!! My high school friend got into Duke so it was cool seeing it on the vlog!
Mal's coat is really pretty. if it was red it would be like Carmen sandiego

Brutalmoose has a few Mall review videos from Washington and it always feels like a trip since I live in Seattle and been to each of the malls

I got to go to a mall once! It was after a failed attempt to donate blood/plasma and I wanted a pick-me-up.
