Excellent thank you Rich. One question on adjusting the fundemental bar to remove low end noise. Is this done in addition to low cutt/hi pass with an EQ?

With an EQ, you’re always working with fixed frequencies for the entire track, whereas in Melodyne you’re editing the fundamentals on a note-by-note basis. So with each note, the frequencies change.

Hi Rich, Thank you for this helpful tutorial. Now I know what to do at the weekend.... I will try to let my SG sound like a Telly.
Would it be possible to have an additional part for mimic guitar playing techniques? I got great results by re-arranging chhords like you showed before, but stuff like glides are a black box for me. Thanks!!!

WoW! Love it! Question...are those controls automatible?

Sorry, these controls aren‘t designed for automation.

Is it possible or easy to use this software to create guitar tabs (electric guitar)? I just wonder how all these great youtube channels go about to create their tabs ;-)

Well, you can’t create guitar tabs directly in Melodyne, but you can use it to convert audio to MIDI. If you then have a notation software that can import MIDI files (most of them can) and show notes in a guitar tab, then you’re ready to go. 🙂
