- This is my entry into the Crafty Collaboration put on by MiniScenesGB. The theme is Christmas in July. Now my entry is different, REALLY different for me. I don't drink alcohol and I don't condone debauchery, but I really wanted to make a worm, specifically the Agave worm. Agave plants grow naturally in my area and so this is fun for me as a lover of the outdoors - flora and fauna. This is not a particularly difficult task, but I want it to be artistic. If I were to give tequila to someone as a gift (Christmas in July), this would be the way. Interesting fact - agave flowers are pollinated by BATS!!!

My husband died driving his new car with his friend in the passenger side the friend was thrown from the car and broke his back but my husband died on impact. He drove straight across both lanes of the interstate and into a brick wall barrier... This video made me think of him .. I definitely don't drink or support drinking not only does alcoholism run in my family but I've seen and been through a lot of things due to alcoholics.. but the project was great I really did enjoy it, it just brought up some terrible memories for me .. glad you joined in!! Great project!❤

@BassResinator oh don't feel bad you created something wonderful and I loved it. That's just my ptsd kicking in causing the flash backs. Simplest things bring up those memories. We were actually separated when it happened but I'm still very close with his family. He wasn't a good guy.. he broke my back as well before we split up.. he was also hit on his bicycle when he was 7 by a drunk driver.. it left me with a lot of mixed feelings when he passed away..

Scott Glen plays a man named Wes. In one scene, Wes eats the worm at the bottom of the bottle. I have seen that movie dozens of times because I watched it while I was getting ready to go out to the bars with my friends. Thank you for the memories. :)

Isn’t agave what they make tequila from? Because drinking too much of that is probably like walking into the agave plant in the dark. I loved your video ❤
