Reduction of vehicle weight due to the latest developments:
- high-strength extended frame (940 mm, 850 mm, 8 mm thick), which allows for a more rational distribution of forces on the vehicle frame
- use of high-strength sheet steel in the cab structure (the thickness of the interior and exterior trim was optimized);
- application of lightweight balancing suspension technology.
Reduced fuel consumption due to:
- high-power WEICHAI WP12.375E53 (EURO-5) engine, 12-speed Fast Gear transmission with aluminum housing and 13-ton MAN Hande axle;
- new air inlets, the inlet area of which has been increased by 26.5%;
- Reduction of the coefficient of drag to 0.53 due to the installation of side roof fairings, which significantly affects fuel economy.
Ergonomics, which includes:
- a new cab with a European design, which features a dichroic rear-view mirror, monolithic trapezoidal headlights, as well as increased transverse damping of the cab and a new four-point air suspension system;
- luxurious interior trim, integrated control platform, 5-inch multifunctional instruments, ergonomic seat with pneumatic control and anti-slip coating;
- central control module for vehicle doors, electrically adjustable rear view mirrors and their electric heating.
