Can we do access cavity preparation with fissurectomy bur?

We could use...but the length will be too short and the taper will be much excessive. We may end up having ac access cavity which is very flared

Both are equally good and depends on dentists choice. Personally I prefer carbide safe end burs.

Endo-Z bur is best for access cavity prep after using round to feel the drop into the pulp chamber. Change my mind!

The drop can be felt only in teeth with large pulp chambers. In most cases getting a drop is not a common clinical situation.
