I got bivol stopped canelo 4-6rd here's the reason, 1. too big, 2.too strong, 3.too fast,4. 265win in amateur n gold medal, 5. Too many small great champ move up n get stopped or tko example dlh vs gatti, then dlh vs mosley then mosley vs Wright, Trinidad vs vargas then Trinidad vs Hopkins n Jones Jr, dlh vs strums but strum was Robb, even tyson got ko by buster n holyfield n Lewis

And the outcome has prevailed. It is no wonder why Bivol was so ready to defeat Canelo last Saturday night he's been totally ready and very solid from all angles.
I'm a Canelo fan, but I like this guy and I'm backing Bivol for the upset in this one. I think his footwork, his mastery of distance and his jab will see him through. As long as he can stay off the ropes and avoid Canelo's devastating body punching, I think he can do it. I think his defence is better than Golovkin's. He is likeable, a fine sportsman with self respect and respect for his opponents. He deserves to win and I don't think Canelo would be shamed at all in losing to this guy...but Canelo is also vey hungry and very prepared. Gonna be a modern superfight.

There's only about three boxers currently I really don't like because of the way they conduct themselves in interviews. Trash talk ain't necessary to sell fights. Skills and heart sell fights. This fight will be like the first Golovkin vs Alvarez fight. The difference is Bivol is stronger and younger than Golovkin. Bivol is faster and quite defensive too. Golovkin was past his prime during his fights with Alvarez. I predict Bivol to win this fight.

This fight deserves even MORE attention than it's getting. Bivol doesn't see himself as the underdog and is all wrong for Canelo. Canelo surely sees him as his biggest challenge and says give me that one. This has FOTY written all over it in my mind, hopefully the judges don't defecate on the sport.
