Hey Mikey! As I'm writing this at 2:53 a.m., in the morning here in New York,I've been watching this whole build! I'm like a kid in a candy store can't stop... I'm going to watch them all till the end! 😅 But on a serious note, I'm catching some flashbacks due to the time frame of when these videos were made. I work at a hospital, and during this time, covid19 started running rampant! I could still see 👀 in my mind those trailers outside and bodies rolling in. Really sad time, and my heart goes out to those who lost loved ones during this time... You guys mentioned this a few times during the episode, and I couldn't help but think about it and thank God that I'm still fortunate enough to be here!
Mickey, 1.5 days out of 365 days for just one year of our entire lives to create something. I personally think it looks better and will work better, than the flimsy and easy scratch plastic that comes stock with most cars and is certainly is not a waste of time. You an the Throtl team do better work than you'll see in any factory and show us every step of the process. I absolutely love your channel and every build the team does, keep up the great work! Dont do it. I worked as a mechanic for almost 10 years and now I absolutely hate working on vehicles. If you love doing it dont do it as a living.
SuperAnimekid Exactly. I was a tank mechanic in the Army because I liked working on cars and trucks. Learned a lot but when you do it for a living it’s hard to find that motivation to work on your own car. Now I’m retired and I’ve finally finished a few of my own projects lol
acc love the way mickey explains stuff, he says words like “provision”, “cavity”, “recess”, and it makes him seem like an Engineering Explained but way cooler. simple words but effectively used, making you look as smart as you are - love you dad!

I just got put off of work last week because the covid-19 and everything keeps going downhill got a flat tire that i cant fix and i cant even afford to pay my bills. Nice, when I bought my new 2018 Outback Premium the main options I ordered was the arch molding and splash guards.
I’m not a huge Subaru/WRX fan but I must admit that looks pretty bloody good.

Hey Mickey Home Depot caries this stuff called Ram Board that you can use for templates ! It comes in rolls ! Contractors use it for floors to protect it from damaged! It’s perfect for templates ! A couple fabricators I know use it ! Keep doing good work all of you !!!

The fender liner u can use truck rubber mudflaps as subtitute for the whole liner... Take the biggest one u can find to cover the whole wheel arch...
Since it was braided laminated rubber compound, it was very easy to work...it very thick that it would do double job as sound insulation as well...
This is what i did to replace my sf5 forester fender liner since its already extinct as new replacement...
