However, afterwards, once the societies tell them that we r running away because of no noc or other issues, then these property dealers start asking stupid questions, which they term as strict questions from these societies. In the end, buyer is at loss and can't do anything. All those who invested need to go to NAB or courts to get these bwc, kingdom valley, ruden enclave, etc, penalized. My sincere regards
