    Sweet cutting job with that saw. My dad had the old type with the fiber blade and your right, a lot of sparks and heat too. Thanks, hope your weekend is going good!

    Ben, hang in there my friend. Vevor is looking like a company who makes a good product for the DIY guy. Let's face it, the DIY guy is not cutting steal for 8 hours a day. Thanks for showing us what this saw can do. I visited their website awhile back and was blown away with everything they offer. Enjoy the journey - cheers

    I have the same size saw,but its friction. I have wondered how good the cold chop saws work. i also wonder how long the blades last? as you know the friction saw even though there nasty and hot they do last a good wile if you use them right. good video! i may have to get one.

    • @khtractors
      @khtractors  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      These blade’s definitely outlast fiber blades by a long shot as long as you not force it to cut fast. I have one at school and it’s two years old on the same blade. Thanks for watching

  • @CondredgeDole
    @CondredgeDole 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Just picked up this saw, LOVED it for the first 7 cuts, but by cut 8, the blade is dull & chipped and won't cut through. I took the cuts super gentle and slow, I was cutting 3"x2" tubing just like you. How's yours working after 2 months? Still cutting?

    • @khtractors
      @khtractors  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Vevor is into making a lot of different equipment I've noticed. The sound of this saw doesn't sound right. I would still rather buy an Evolution saw over that one and now Evolution now has a miter saw for metal cutting and it cost around 900 dollars which isn't that much. Can't use a regular miter saw because they turn too fast.

    • @khtractors
      @khtractors  7 หลายเดือนก่อน
