    TOMATO SEEKH KABAB RECIPE
    INGREDIENTS :
    Mince ½ kg
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Green chilies chopped 6
    Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp
    Brown onion grounded ½ cup
    Cumin crushed ½ tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Tomatoes sliced 5
    Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
    Mint leaves 8-10
    Ingredients for Baghar :
    Ghee ¼ cup
    Crushed garlic ½ tsp
    Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
    METHOD :
    In a chopper, mix the mince with all the given ingredients. Leave it aside for 2 hours. Give dum of coal, make seekh kebab. In a large pan, spread tomato slices to cover the base, spread with seekh kebabs on top, and cook on a medium flame for 20 mins, shaking the pan from time to time, do not add water. Lastly add coriander leaves, mint, and green chilies, leave it on dum for 5 mins, and lastly give baghar and serve.
