    STEAK ON A SKEWER RECIPE
    INGREDIENTS :
    Undercut square cubes ½ kg
    Oil ½ cup
    Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    Chili sauce 2 tbsp
    Steak sauce or HP sauce 2 tbsp
    Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper 1 ½ tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Mustard paste 1 tsp
    Capsicum red cut into inch cubes 1
    Yellow capsicum cut into inch piece 1
    Green capsicum cut into inch piece 1
    Onion chopped 1
    Wooden skewers as required
    METHOD :
    Marinate steak with oil, all the sauces, garlic, pepper, and mustard, leave it for 30 mins, put on skewers, alternating with pieces of colored capsicums and onion, grill on grill pan, turning 2-3 times until undercut is well done and vegetables are done for about 10-12 mins, serve with rice or dinner rolls.
    ROSE PHIRNI RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
    Milk 1 litre
    Rice-soaked and ground 5 tbsp
    Sugar 6 tbsp
    Rose Essence few drops
    Pink color few drops
    Cardamom powder 1 tsp
    Almonds & pistachio ground for garnish
    Dried rose petals for garnish
    METHOD :
    Soak rice for 1 hour, dry and grind coarsely, and keep aside. Boil milk, add ground rice, once the rice is cooked and tender, add sugar, and cook for 10 mins till phirni is thick, add color, essence, and cardamom powder, remove from stove, and cool. Pour in clay bowls, garnish with almonds, pistachio, and rose petals, and serve chilled.
