This is a straight rip off of Jim Casella from 2004 SCV. Maybe it was with permission since Key arranged the winds...but...ya.
So many people were out of step. Good sound, bad marching
Well, you have to keep in mind, a lot of the sets are scattered, and the whole point of a scatter is to be out of step.
