Can I ask if drugs are a problem there. I live in housing and we just had druggie move in and housing doesn't seem bothered so I am taking the issue to authorities. The other local housing complex also has known drug dealers living there. Housing seems it's okay with that though

The problem isn't the apt. The problem is the people who can only afford these places. They aren't invested at all, it's just a stop along the downwards spiral. Therefore, trashing the place is just another way of living, another lifestyle.

I agree most people in low income apartments behave like fools. Trashing the place. Loud music late at night when normal people are trying to sleep. Using drugs selling drugs. Hood rats and thugs. And the building managers don’t care as long as they get there rent. If the land lords would evict these goon squad refugees right when they start trouble the decent people who want to live quietly would have a much better experience living in low income housing.
Why do you say that? Low income housing like this can also be a perfectly valid choice for disabled persons who often live on a stipend of less than $1000/mo. Disabled renters can be great people who will care for the home without being a problem for the neighborhood.
Not true. I am a renter and I take care of other people's property like I own it. Not everyone doesn't care we still exist the real ones that do care
I'm from NY & most projects are tall buildings with apartments. There's a few like yours but these are considered an upgrade. We call them low income townhouses. I've noticed in other areas that the projecrs tend to me more townhouses & single family homes.

Yes I guess its ok. Its better than living on the streets. I've seen a whole lot worse low income housing. Its your neighbors you have to watch. Poor folks don't have the luxury of choosing where they live. They take what they can get.
It doesn't have an upstairs with a extra washroom but it looks a lot better then our apartments upstairs. I used to be very depressed when i lived up there n my depression turned into panic attacks n anxiety attacks! I feel much better with the upstairs n downstairs it keeps me busy n when i finish moving up n down it reduces my anxieties.
The kitchen and bathroom sinks are missing the cabinets underneath.
