Very true I have seen this in many many charts. Transits are triggering an event on exact degree of natal chart. If only dasha indicate and promise event. Event cant take place unless it reaches specific degree of natal chart. This is for sure. Test this sir.

Venus sun dasha (sun is my putrakaraka) when Jupiter (ruler of my fifth) transited moon in Fourth EXACTLY, I gave birth to my twins. Venus aspects my 5th from 11th. My Venus is in Gemini ♊️ the signs of twins in Jupiter rules nakshatra.
Interestingly my twins ascendant is in Ashwini the nakshatra of twins 👯

Jupiter Saturn mahadasha are so long suppose house of Jupiter and Saturn falls on 6 8 12... Like in leo 8 is of Jupiter and 6 is Saturn.... Though they also occupied another house .... But still... Then first come Jupiter mahadasha for 16 years after that Saturn for 19 so for this much time suffering is there too???? If chart indicates.....
