@@asoma64 If you get 5% cash back on everything, even if you spend $24k a year; you would only get back $1200. Travel points are worth more and will give you *thousands* of dollars worth in travel points. More useful if you travel often, which can lead to free flights and hotels
I got this card. I love it! I hope they don't change anything about this and if they do I hope they make it even better. I do need to use more of the perks and benefits. Especially if I'm going to be spending in that area anyway. Great video. Learned alot.

I’m thinking of canceling once my annual fee hits. The credits aren’t worth it and also encourage you to eat unhealthy takeout. I regret not getting the CSP too because they have United as a partner and I fly out of Philly and Newark

I would just get the bilt mastercard for this. Paying rent with a CC card usually incurs those pesky little credit card fees that offsets the points you earn. Only time I'd do this is if you cant hit your SUB. The bilt mastercard is super good for just getting free points with rent and they cover all those transcation fees so you're always gonna be making money from this as long as you pay your card off in full
