It remains to be seen whether democracy has survived. We still have the 2024 election to get through, with Trump's people staffing election boards in twenty states. We still have Trump's criminal trials to get through (if he does not end up in prison, the system has failed). we still have Aileen Cannon to get through. Don't break out the party hats just yet.
