नींबू खट्टा मीठा नींबू का अचार बनाने की सामग्री हिंदी में

नमक ४ बडा चम्मच
600 ग्राम गुड़
आधा कप शक्कर
काला नमक एक चम्मच
गरम मसाला एक चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर एक चम्मच
भुना जीरा पाउडर एक चम्मच
पानी आवश्यकता अनुसार

1kg 50 gm gur
1/2 kg Sugar
Rock salt 1,& 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
Rosted cumin powder 1 tsp

1 - Please remove seeds while cutting.
2 - while cooking cook on medium flame.
3 - store in clean glass jar.
4 - you can use food plastic or glass container to keep for 7 days.
The plastic container which i use its of tupperwear .

RITU JI , I made full big Jar lemon pickle as per ur recipe without adding sugar 3 months back. Now 3/4 pickle is remain in Jar and now I want to add Sugar into it to make Achar khatta Meetha taste. Can I now add Sugar into it proportionately. Plz.guide I await your reply. Thanks
wel Ajai i read ur comment this time u can add but now there is not proper sunlight so fungus attack will get .and if you add and cook than taste will be bitter so now as you prepared finish it but next time add all ingredients properly

yes you can you it directly also here i used the process and within 2 to 3 days i use it , but if you yous jaggery directly than you have to wait till it melt . No taste will be same .

.aur 7 days sa jyada na rekha jub dhup na ho to aap ghar ma hi rekha but roj 1 time mix kera saaf spoon sa .
agar jyada smell aa rehi hai to nimbu jo dagi hota hai wo use huaa honga .

Mujhai 3 din huyai hai neebu ko namak main rakhai huyai toh corner say tohda brown dekh rahey hai kya yai normal hai. Video main aapke nimbu 7 din main bhi yellow dekh rahey hai
जो आप बता रही है उस के अनुसार तो पता चलता है की निंबु का रस कम हुआ है जिस से वो थोडे brown हुये है ,आप उसे रोज Clean spoon जो बिल्कुल dry हो वो Use करे Check जरुर करे कि उस पर जाली ना आयी हो अगर जाली हो तो वो निंबु हटा दे ।

Some time the sugar or jaggery we used is less sweetish so add little bit more and check its taste dear.
u can remove seeds durning cutting. may be nimbu became chewy,we keep on gas with chasni.
Gayatri ji my self also removed seed but only for showing the trick of removing seeds which are left i keept it .But don't no why no one recognized it .😨

मोटे छिल्के के निंबु कडवे से होते है ,और रस भी कम इसलिए बेहतर होता है पतले निंबु । जो निंबु आप के बागीचे में है उन से तिखा निंबु का अचार जरुर बना सकती है ।
Ritu Bahan, Thank you very much for sharing. In your next video, please also explain all ingredients by weight and measurement. For example : 500 gram Nibu, 250 gram namak, 500 gram gud, 2 teaspoons jira, 1 teaspoon masala, 11/2 teaspoon haldi, etc. No guess work.
People with high BP could use less salt and diabetic less gur, etc.

Nimbu 20g ka 1 aata hai aur 100 g ka bhi ek bhi aata hai . Number of Nimbu 25 and jaggery and sugar in kilograms.!? Nimbu weight mein kam ho ya jyada sugar and jaggery will remain same in weight.....!!?
