How long did you leave the lemon pieces before cooking them ? Did you just leave them on the kitchen counter top or in the fridge. Also can green limes be used as yellow are not available in our area. Thank you for your wonderful recipes I can’t follow Punjabi 100 pct so sorry I have to ask you too many questions.
cut the lemon, apply salt and keeo it in the sunlight ☀️ for a day. Then add spices and keep in sunlight for 4 days. After 4 days add sugar and mix and keep in the sunlight for 6 days. After completion of 10 days the pickle has to be thickened on flame. Pickle made in this way doesn’t spoil even for 10 years.
Mam mene aapke according Machar bnaya hai me 10th day after mixing sugar doop me rakhdi hu...but m feeli g bitterness in pickle also kind of jhaag on pickle can you tell me it's reason and how to resolve it
1st time we put the lemon salt for 1 day in fridge or outside ? Plz dont understand punjabi trying to hindi when listening If poasible give me step by step reciepe plz...
