Finally, a review that highlighted the uneven middle seat after the armrest is put up. Thought it was a defect on the particular car that I saw in a Toyota showroom. Wonder whether anything can be done about this. Don't remember this in the model before this one. In fact it was super comfortable, even for the middle passenger.
@@theone3923 Camry is D segment and C Class is Compact executive. Both segments are not the same. Even C Class doesn’t get rear USB port like Camry have and maintenance also not cheap as this.
Miles better then the accord cause it's quieter power no more an issue auto gearbox vs stupid cvt let's face it for slightly more expensive then the accord ur getting your money Worth
The rear seat is no issue, bcoz this is still for more elderly after all, it didn’t grow old bcoz it has been in the old segment from the beginning . Comfortable car as it always has been, if it has gone sporty then it is no longer Camry lol
It is still every bit a camry in terms of comfort, but unlike the older generations, this is one u can actually have fun with, if you wanted to. Don't think you can say the same bout the previous gens. just my two cents.
Well Camry was the more expensive car all the time and it was always better and now literally has so many things in it the sales person is gonna have to read it to you for awhile 😂 so not bad I'm a sunroof person so could have put that in it too
Now that there's an entirely new drive train and gearbox, but sadly the uncle look is still very evidently visible if compared with the continental brands that's now priced very close to it!
@@nickloong no thanks this facelift Camry have more horse power and even better to drive with double wish bone at the rear and its a Toyotoa that means it works while the Passat is good its more expensive in of price and maintances
5 years G30 ? Near end of warranty already, jangan bro kalau income not more than 10k per month 😉. 530i G30 somemore, full of electronic sensor. Yep it miles ahead compared to the new 2022 camry in term of driving, power and maybe comfort. But kena igt, that car brand new is 400-500k punya pricetag 🤭
Finally a proper review on the new camry, quite a compelling package, hopefully they could introduce metallic red back to the colour palette...

im a honda guy. but i must say this camry wins by a mile!
"if i can speak freely" 😆😆
awesome review. thanks bro 👍🏻💪🏻
thank u!
Gotta agree with the build quality... for the price tag we probably expect more than that
Actually because of new engine which is Dynamic Force Engine but at least this Camry facelift is more affordable and price is below RM200k
200k pricetag u expect maybach level ke ? 😂
Bro it has everything u can think of for 200k not bad at all
get the new Merc W206 and check out how much hard plastic in there compare to this. LOL

How does it compare to the Accord? Does it handle better? Is it quieter and more comfortable?

Can we get a proper review on the Mazda 6 too to compare between two d segment sedan
Review toyota crown rs plez eu jin
Hi EuJin 🙂. It's hard to believe that's a Toyota Camry, whoa.
Finally dynamic force engine is here..Wondering if facelifted Altis will have it as well.
Should park beside the red pre facelift camry to compare side by side
we made the best of the circumstances.
How does it feel compare to 2016 ES250?
there will also be a clear distinction between a toyota and lexus, if u ask me...difficult to compare that way
How's the rear NVH compared to es250 Pre 2018?
Of course Lexus more tok kong, no matter what Lexus > Toyota in nvh.
Camry facelift NVH is also good
Strangely i didn't see the red colour option Camry. Is it not available?
power and drivertrain from the lexus es
But faster than ES250 based on top speed and acceleration
@@emilylimsl9884 Different tuning only lah
ini kerera boss already. no more family car. upgrade liau, to next level.

USA has a Camry TRD variant with 3.5L V6 engine, so according to your logic, it is no longer a Camry? Hmm?
Excellent review. Owned a Camry hybrid for 10 years. I worry form your review that at 68 the new Camry is too young for me 🙂
It could make you feel young uncle Mike 😉
Hopefully Lesson learn on camera holder. Really killed the good video experience
The front end is starting to look slightly better
definitely more subtle than before, not so in-your-face
@@eujinpan yeah. If it keeps evolving it might get more stylish again

So which continental contenter that is the same priced as the Camry but give u the space and comfort wise?
@yangerek deone Maybe you can look at the VW Passat R Line for start.
@@nickloong passat RLine brand new?
@yangerek deone Go check it out at a VW showroom near you. It's a really nice classy looking car for the price, and yes, its brand new.

Will buy 12 years later hopefully EV is not the normal at that time
i was thinking the same, but hopefully wont have to wait 12 years, half that maybe?? hahaha
Grown up in the manner of pricing as well😅
Nothing is cheap
But at least Camry facelift is more affordable
Camry is 180-200k punya kereta. Tak pernah lagi canry bawah 150k 😝
Screw American Auto Makers, I got the same exact year camry mine doesn't come with all these features.
so are we going to buy this for our government again?
Luxury and sporty looks but 209hp only..not tele with performance..
Absolute bargain
Nice advertisement
Or one could buy a 5yo cbu G30 530i that’s quieter and rides better while being faster at the same time hahahaha.
You don’t want to buy 5 yr old bmw lol
Scotty Kilmer: these are endless money pit..
I think lexus es is the best middle ground... Quiet, comfortable yet reliable
Camry is still better choice too in terms affordability, durability, NVH, features, power, safety and etc
