1 goggle in the water and you will choke on water 100%, if you pay attention closely the guy actually only has 1/6 of his face submerged when taking his breath, both of his goggles are out of the water at the highest head position when he takes his breath.
This is a really nice swim at sea, especially if the free style is sore on the back as with me. nice with a wet suit. A bit of buoyancy helps with this stroke. five mm in ireland and more for winter. not allowed in triathlon. as far as i know. any way its a great stroke. develops its own character and if your smooth in the water you will be rewarded well with this stoke. especially calm water. not the first choice in rougher weather, side stoke brest stroke or back stroke for the bigger wave height.
