  • Do you want to send an email to your clients once their case stage is updated in MyCase?
Or maybe inform the client when a lead attorney is assigned to their case?
MyCase is a great practice management tool, but doesn’t have many automation capabilities from the get-go.
Here is where Zapier comes in, a web-based automation platform.
Some of the use cases that become possible with this combo are:
→ Sending custom email templates to clients when a case stage is updated, personalised with all their information, such as first name and case number
→ Creating a set of new tasks as soon as a new case is created, specific to each practice area
→ Creating a new time entry automatically as soon as you receive an email from the client
In the video below, I break down the first use case above, and how you can set it up for your firm today:

Hello! I have figured out how to run this Zap with my own MyCase account. I am the firm owner and admin on MyCase and would like this to run whenever ANY attorney updates the Case Stage for ANY client in MyCase. Is this possible to do without creating a set of Zaps for each attorney MyCase user using their account? Thank you in advance!

Hi there! The trigger set up in Zapier is applied firm-wide, so should be activated whenever ANY case gets updated, be that by you or by one of your staff members. Is that not happening in your case?
