How does the cooked ingredients like pork etc. not go off while sitting out in the open

Good point, your guess is as good as mine. The meat here is nothing special at all though. It is more the ingredients around it which taste nicer. Never had a dodgy belly from meat in the whole of my travels though. Lettuce does me in a lot more

Those two ladies were burning joss gifts and money to their ancestors for the Tet festival ( Lunar New Year ) . You should see a doctor for your lung infection . Take care and stay safe buddy .
