I was in Lisbon in Oct and Nov and loved it..people were so wonderful and it is clean and safe..loved the food but the waiters were the best flirts EVER>...

Get used to have very long lunches and dinners while in Europe. When you come back stateside, you will miss them.
Grilled calamari is way better than fried. I love those little lunch spots in Lisbon. This is classic and super local

i went to Portugal recently and also learned that fried calamari is actually grilled, it’s called panne! It’s been a while since this vlog though, so I’m not sure if you’ve learned this or not!

The restaurant is called Local and its located in Lisboa, portugal

It's so weird that the pastry is named pastel de nada. The Nothing Pastry lol XD But maybe it's because the texture is so light and fluffy?
It's actually called Pastel de Nata.
Nata is a kind of whipped cream that are added to food and desserts. For exemple, I love Bacalhau com Natas (it means Codfish with Cream)

Hy Ronnixy! It's not impossible to travel the world, I keep saying this to me every year. I love to travel and I work for it. It's a choose, I don't buy clothes, stuffs, shoes, I don't travel on holidays, only on vacations once in a year, so I can save money for this travel. I don't have too much money, and here in Brazil our money is not good enough to buy dollars and euros, but I can do it. So do not give up, save money, make plans and fly!

go to the fantastic city of porto,in portugal,in the north,and taste the francesinha and the mundial famous wine of porto....for me porto is better than lisbon,try it.....
I agree with you. People are nicer and the city is far more beautiful. Besides, the other places in the outskirts of the city are wonderful. If they had more time, they could have visited Aveiro, Braga and Guimarães.

guys great videos but don't use Airbnb or similar type of accommodation is completely killing local renting and usually its much more expensive than your average hostel/hotel in cities like Lisbon. Unless you want to come back to a city where barely locals live on it.

So much graffiti all over everything. Seems to be the norm in much of Europe.
LossVegas In Lisbon we have a lot of walls and buildings that are special graffiti spots, because it attracts tourists. We have an awesome urban artist called "Vhils" (or something similar).
Tags, on the other hand, are horrible but people don't have the money to be constantly repainting their buildings, so they start to accumulate and are only painted over after a few years.
You should be a little less critical of your wife on videos. I've watched many of your videos and you have a tendency to do that to her. Doesn't make you look very good.
