I ended up getting a shundo Lucario from a remote invite of Seoul, South Korea as a warm-up after 10 invites out of 20. With Saturday done, I've done 68 raids total and ended up with nine shiny Lucario (one being a shundo) and a surprise wild shiny Galarian Stunfisk.
I understand your reasoning for the Rare XL candy being rare. This is rare in that you need so many for what it is used for, but you can get one regularly. However, I've been spinning stops for more than 1 year looking for a Sun stone to step 3 of ripple in time. A celebi in the pokedex would be great.
Uh. I got my hundo during Halloween last year. I’ve only hatched 63. It’s definitely the most excited I’ve been for a mega as well as the hatch day. Which oddly enough was about a year ago. It’s where I got my first shinies.
LOL. 😂 20 remotes Friday night (central US), 2 shinies. 20 remotes early Saturday morning, 2 shinies. 29 in-person raids Saturday afternoon (only played from 2-5), ZERO SHINIES. Did 20 more remotes this morning for the make-up… 2 more shinies. 😂 Lucario only likes me for remote raids, and it’s exactly 1/10 odds. Luckily, Riolu was my first hundo when I started playing again in 2020, so I already had him evolved, double moved, and maxed. Used the rare XLs to 50 max my hundo Groudon, Metagross, and Zekrom. 🤟🏼
This was one ticket that was well worth the price! Maxed out on remote raids both days. Was lucky enough that I had several in-game friends in the affected time zones so got the bonuses for all the Sunday raids too. So much XP and rare XL candy. If only they done that more often..
If you just press the minus button it will go to the highest instead of slowly going through the whole level up. And the best move set for lucario is force palm and aura sphere.
I was lucky to grab a shiny8 lucario yesterday. By far the best pokemon I got to date. Even those I have that hundo rayquaza. Needless to say it was a successful day!

The Lucario raid ticket was one of, if not the best value for money ticket ever, and you can always host raids with an app like PokeGenie to have others join you, meaning you don't need to buy remote raid passes yourself.
My Mega Lucario Raid day was crazy I got a 100% IV in 2022 and got a Shiny on my 2nd and also last Raid and on top after doing a lucky trade with an old friend after a year of waiting I got my first ever SHUNDO!! SHLUNDO Aerodactyl wooow Gonna 50 max this and also grind Mega Raids for it you love to see it bada bing bada boom
I believe Force Palm is a bit better than Counter for Lucario in raids. I believe it's best to have at least one with Force Palm and one with Counter as its fast move. For Mega Lucario: Counter + Power Up Punch + Aura Sphere is optimal for raids :)
If we not see any enhancement in Pokemon Go in near future about new species introduce in Pokemon Go later rest of 2024 and entire next year 2025. Kinda slow new species add to Pokemon Go in 2025 like Niantic did in 2024, Pokemon Go can be shut down at least dead game in most of the time. Maybe shut down after celebrating Pokemon Go 10th anniversary. So greet RIP to Alola tour, Galar tour and Paldea Tour.

The normal Mega Lucario looks better than the shiny version. Normal Lucario looks so good.

My 5yo went OFF this event, got a 100% IV, 98% shiny, 96% shiny, 5 other shinies.
