Two methods of approach swimming during Korean Red Cross Lifeguard training

During the Red Cross Lifeguard training, this is an educational video about the approach freestyle and the trugen, which is a stroke method used when approaching a person to be rescued (a drowned person). I uploaded it to be of some help to those who challenge the lifeguard.

도수수경 사용하는데, 수경없으면 물속에서 눈 떠도 그냥 뿌옇게만 보여서 넘 힘드네요
