Iron Acton Substation 235 ton Transformer Move

July 2016 a new substation transformer was delivered from Avonmouth Docks to Iron Acton. The move was made by Allely's Transport and although the transformer weighed 235 tons the whole rig weighed over 400 tons and was more than 100 feet long.
