Hello! Does this conveyor work for cocoa powder and other chocolate mixtures that are high in fat?

We run Hemp powder threw a similar system and it is not iideal TBH. The sprockets get chewed up easily , the chain snaps or stretches often and overall it's plagued with lots of small issues that ill shutdown production semi-regularly.
A cable system would probably work a lot better.
To each thier own though, maybe this specific company sprinkled some magic dust on the design.

How is the system cleaned?

We run something very similar at the place I work. To clean it you hook brushes on lto the chain and run it for a few minutes.
