Saw these guys open for Loverboy in Texarkana in July, 1985 or maybe it was 1986. Loverboy sucked, Dokken rocked us all! Me, Binns, Barb, and Denise had a blast and also didn't know my future wife was there too.......before I ever met her.
Dokken is one of my favorite rock bands of all time, one of the best Hard Rockers out their no one can really surpass Don Dok and the crew. Oldschool Junkie For Life & Much Luv To The 80s And 90s.

Would have lived to have seen them live just prior to release of Tooth and Nail and during Tooth and Nail Tour, as they were about as hungry as you can get and really giving it their all live...based on live footage in videos from Tooth and Nail!

I am 44 and used to drum this all the time in a band. You are in the same bracket / understanding and still appreciate the music. Not alone. Gregor Greg, you dialed in all of the remaining influence. Lots of smoke filled house parties with a debate about who had the faster car parked on the yard... Ford vs. Chevy...or Dodge, rev it up - and very cute girls that had a cute caboose, pretty nails, washed out denim jeans, makeup and long hair with a gallon of aqua net like a helmet. Yet sexy as hell. The standards have depleted since then. Music was better and life in general. Now its all politics, facebook, social media (hate that) tinder for a date, and flat out sucks. Back then - Just grad a beer and go talk to your friends... or maybe make meet a cutie blond / brunette with baby blue eyes that you just wanna get to know and then --- and perhaps "just got lucky" at the end of the night....in a good way! It's a gamble if she objected or not! But a guy has to to try..... (lyrically with the music). Thanks for bringing me back to a better time in life. Cheers from Wisconsin!

My buddy in Highschool was wearing his sisters shoes and everyone thought he was cool. A few years later and they start to kill themselves because they didn't realize these dudes are/were quasi-drag queens like Motley Crue and it messed their heads up. Me, I just roll with the punches. I had white high tops and tight jeans with hair long enough to be called a fucking hippie. Now, i'm just that asshole that smells like weed.
+Luis Bohorquez Loudness is one of the most famous bands in the world. They play Wacken for christ's sake. You don't get bigger than Wacken for a heavy metal festival, and they get invites to play there, they are getting PLENTY of recognition.
