I was going to sleep 💤💤and saw this notification while setting alarm... If one takes the KORANIC claims at their word, it should be clear from what has been said so far that a deep gulf is opened up between MUSLIMS and UNBELIEVERS. ALLAH separates absolutely, shows mercy to his submissive servants - if he wants to - and rejects the others into the HELL of eternal, immoderate torment. In the previous chapter, we spoke of this essential dichotomy of the KORANIC world view with regard to the fate of the UNBELIEVER in the hereafter. But this is followed by the question of how, according to the QUR'AN, the earthly fate of the UNBELIEVERS who fall into the sphere of power of the MUSLIMS is to be shaped. In ISLAM, the UNBELIEVERS are not a homogeneous group from the very beginning, but are divided grosso modo into pagans (POLYTHEISTS, who unquestionably commit shirk, "association") and members of a book religion, who - before the appearance of ISLAM -boast of a written divine revelation, even if they do not (always) meet the KORANIC and traditional criteria of unadorned monotheism. Here we are dealing first of all with JUDAISM and CHRISTIANITY whose tradition ISLAM usurps in a modified form as its own, but also with ZORASTRIANISM and some other religious currents. The PAGANS ("companions" etc.) are condemned and threatened in the strongest terms in all the basic documents of ISLAM. THEY ARE A KIND OF SUBHUMAN. ALLAH will never forgive them because they commit SHIRK (which, as is repeatedly emphasised, destines them to an eternal stay in HELL) Those who DISBELIEVE and keep (their fellows) from the way of ALLAH, and die thereupon as DISBELIEVERS, ALLAH will not forgive. (QUR'AN 47:34) Therefore, the QUR'AN (ALLAHS WORDS) speaks of them contemptuously, often hatefully, and the pejorative comparison of animals is a frequently used linguistic means of expression that draws a line of demarcation between man (= MULIMS) and INHUMAN (= UNBELIEVER): Or do you think that most of them would hear (what is said to them) or understand (it)? They are (indeed) as (dull) as cattle. Nay, they are more likely to stray from the path (than cattle). (QUR'AN) 25:44) Even more drastically: With the DISBELIEVERS it is like shouting at CATTLE, which only listen and call (without understanding the actual language). DEAF (they are), DUMB and BLIND. And they have no understanding. (Qur'an 2, 171) POLYTHEISTS are compared to DOGS, not a compliment in ISLAM, as we know: And left them the story of Him to Whom we gave our signs, and then He disposed of them! Then SATAN took him into his fold. And so he was one of those who went astray. If we had willed, we would have lifted him up by them. But he was turned towards the earth and followed his (personal) inclinations. He can be compared to a DOG. If you drive him away, he hangs out his tongue, but if you let him go, he also hangs out his tongue. So it is with the people who declare our signs to be lies. (But) now report what there is to report! Perhaps (when they hear it) they will reflect. How bad is it with the people who declare our signs to be lies?
and (thereby) commit sacrilege against themselves! (Koran 7, 175 -177) They are even the WORST ANIMALS, means not HUMAN BEINGS: Those who DISBELIEVE and (also) will not believe are considered by ALLAH to be the WORST OF ANIMALS.... (Qur'an 8:55) Resistance to being overpowered by the MUSLIMS entails the most DRASTIC CONSEQUENCES: The reward of those who wage war against ALLAH and His MESSENGER and are eager to do mischief (everywhere) in the land shall be that they shall be KILLED or CRUCEFIED, or that their HANDS AND FEEF shall be CUT off alternately (right and left), or that they shall be EXPELLED from the land. That shall come to them as a disgrace in this world. And in the Hereafter they shall have a GRIEVOUS PUNISHMENT, except those who repent before ye have power over them. Know ye that ALLAH is MERCIFUL and FORGIVING. (QUR'AN 5:33f.) The MERCY is that the way is open to CONVERSION to ISLAM and thus avoidance of the DEATH PENALTY before it comes to FIGHTING. Furthermore, PAGANS are (cultically) impure, and therefore they themselves are to be deprived of access to the central sanctuary: Ye faithful! The heathen are (distinctly) unclean. Therefore they shall not come near the holy place of worship after the present year. And if ye fear to be impoverished, ALLAH will make you rich (and indemnify you) by His bounty, if He wills. ALLAH knows and is wise. (Qur'an 9:28) 329 And in a well-known verse of Surah 9, there is again a clear recommendation as to how they should be treated: And now when the SACRE MONTHS have expired, then KILL the PAGANS wherever (you) find them, SEIZE them, SURROUND them, and lie in wait for them everywhere! But if they REPENT, establish regular prayer, and give alms, then let them go their way. ALLAH is MERCIFUL and FORGIVING. (Qur'an 9:5) Although this instruction is somewhat weakened in the following verse 9:6, the tendency is clear and is confirmed in numerous other fighting instructions yet to be discussed: MUSLIM RULE, around which the QUR'AN ( and tradition) revolve to a good extent, is in any case non-negotiable, SUBMISSION the minimum demand. PAGANS must be FOUGHT in any case. Consequently, in the IMPERALISTS WARS of SUBJUGATION of ISLAM, they were usually also given the choice: Acceptance of ISLAM or death. The purpose of this strategy, however, is not to kill but to subjugate -either by conversion to I or, in the case of JEWS and CHRISTIANS and some others, by formal submission to ISLAMIC CONDITIONS, i.e. conversion to DHIMMI STATUS, and PAYMENT of a SPECIAL TAX (JIZYA). The ruthless use of force is the means to break resistance to this request. If (also) JEWS and CHRISTIANS are to be discussed in the following, a problem must first be pointed out
You are exaggerating things. What does the quran say about Christians and jews too? There are some positive verses about them. We don't need to read one part and ignore the other part of this beautiful book. Allah makes clear that we shouldn't die with another religion as the islam.
