Personally I wouldn't buy a Rothko for myself, because he was a miserable existentialist. If I was this rich I would buy art to give it to museums or keep it where it was, regardless of what it was. This is investing in art to make money, not done for the love of art. It just plays into the hands of philastines who know nothing about art, in particular modern conceptual art.
Willem De Kooning's later work shows his terrifying mental disintegration from dementia. 😢
If you want to own affordable art there are art fairs, small galleries and you can also find secondhand prints in many places...I have a beautiful aquatint ( coloured etching technique ) of a goose with an egg, hanging on my bedroom wall along with my own framed collage artworks.

But in a certain way, you do own a Rothko. It's hanging in that space between your ears.
Art is the compilation of the artist, the work itself and the perception of society. Without these three things, all art museums would be empty.

#7 on your list (VIOLET, GREEN AND RED) painted by MARK ROTHKO in 1951 is worth no more than one dollar and fifty cents. It’s junk like this that makes the art world look like a joke.

Clearly you know nothing about modern art, it's about concepts not representation. Get with the early twentieth century; high art as a representation died with the rise of photography. 😁

Personal opinion: I just dont find Rothko's work worth that much money. Yes, they were expensive for their time because when they were made, they were seen as 'unique' with simple forms of color, etc. and seen as 'abstract expressions' in the 1950s. But now, anyone could make a likeness and say it was comparable to his original work.
