Benchpress is fantastic for building chest, but it has to be done correctly. First you have to figure out which grip width you can contract your chest the most with. For me it's closer grip, since I'm shoulder dominant. Therefor doing more tricep benching helped me greatly. I understand that being "not natural" (not accusing anyone) it's hard to overcome the insane shoulder growth response and it's hard to remove the shoulders from any benchpressing exercise but it can be done. My second point is volume and intensity. I could never grow my chest doing insane amount of reps in the presses. I always have to keep the reps in between 3-5 then do higher reps with accessories. I never go to failure with chest except during cable flies.
I've tried the bench press both with bar and dumbbells for years, and engaging my chest was always difficult. The hex press is the only exercise that targets my chest. I feel it.
A R I don’t look like sh!t, nice of you to assume that, I imagine you have a lot of friends. There has been a study of PD’s. The group that did not even workout got more gains than the group that didn’t take PED’s. Also, without taking ‘roids, it’s impossible to look like this. Name one recent mister Olympia that did not use ‘roids.

@@anandsekar7818 no it's not...
What's that song that plays over the clips of Juji early on in the vid?
Bring My Friends - Tigerblood Jewel, Steven Ellis
@@themelbournebeerreview1395 Any idea what the song is at 10:30?
I've tried the bench press both with bar and dumbbells for years, and engaging my chest was always difficult. The hex press is the only exercise that targets my chest. I feel it.
This actually makes me want to take ‘roids 😂
You probably will still look like shit, it's not like PD is a magical spell with all the answers
I don't know alot about roids but I know it basically just improves your recovery so your gonna have to lift alot more
A R I don’t look like sh!t, nice of you to assume that, I imagine you have a lot of friends.
There has been a study of PD’s. There was a group that didn’t workout, but just took the average amount of ‘roids.
The other group worked out, but didn’t take steroids (you can search for this, it’s true).
The group that did not even workout got more gains than the group that didn’t take PED’s. Also, without taking ‘roids, it’s impossible to look like this. Name one recent mister Olympia that did not use ‘roids.
@@jordy2299 of course this is unattainable without roids still would look like shit tho since sterioids only give u around +20% or so maybe less
DankMark no, did you even read my complete comment? And again, nice of you to assume I look like sh!t. Stop that
It’s insane the progress you’ve made!
Choose 2 and only 2:
1. Big
2. Lean
3. Natural
Looks like Juji has made his choice...
I actually pre-exhaust my chest with the chest fly machine. Great pump, warms up my chest and anterior delts, and by the time I start with the Hammer Strength Incline (or decline), my chest is fired up. Great vid, guys!
Funny thing is that people say “Weak point” but its still better than 99% of people. You’re a beast Juji
Theyre weaker than his genetically gifted areas, but still superior the average gym bro.
Exactly, and I’d say it’s still better than 100% of people sitting on the couch not going to the gym at all
Haven't seen any of your videos in awhile, probably not since you 2 had made the channel for both of you(gave tom his credit which is awesome). Yall got huge
I touched juji’s chest on my screen, he did one rep. Thank me juji
you guys always keep me entertained everyday, keep up the good work guys!
Yea, well, Serge Nubret chest workout: one thousands sets of 12 bench press...
Lmao
one of the best video on the topic I've watched. Honest, simple and funny !!! Amazing
WHO TF actually thinks this dude is natty????
No one.. he's admitted to using steroids
@@michaelcolbourn6719 when did he admit? Could you link it? I'm curious to hear it myself
@@Xxstevo69xX idk, I'm sure he's mentioned it in previous vids and he has never denied it.. and it's just plain obvious
@@michaelcolbourn6719 dude what kind of crap are you running your mouth about? Your first post said “he’s admitted to using steroids,” then you back up and say you never actually heard him say that....people like you are what’s wrong with the world today lol
@@gordongoodwin9551 I didst say he's never said it. I said I don't know what specific vids he's said it in but he has mentioned it. But it is a known fact he has or is on steroids.
On a serious note though, Tom you're killing it! I honestly envy how "fast" you were able to get them abs to start showing off without losing much muscle mass!! Keep it up dude!
Both of you should try incorporating Svend Presses! Noticed Juji talking about how the squeeze feels ~@13:48-13:55
Hey, your channel was mentioned in the most recent Funhaus video. Just thought I would mention that.
James is among us...
Let me guess, James brought it up? LMAO.

YEAH!!!!! Flex will have you ON POINT! Juji you got this!
When is tom getting on the juice
Juji, the kindest giant I've ever seen. I was away from youtube for a long time, now I'm back, and I'm happy to see Tom and Juji again, I hope they always stay together. I'm happy to see the channel and Tom and Juji grow as people and as friends. Blessings
Lacking Chest + Under Developed Triceps is the out come of not utilizing the benchpress. Almost fell out of my chair when he said that the benchpress was a poor muscle builder.
Looking forward to the Juji documentary!
The only thing that improves genetics is Tren
OMG posing sessions with Flex Wheeler!? The start of the construction for the massive Gym & and a full hour bio in the works for the end of the year release?!
What a hell of an announcement!
\m/!!
Tom: I mean everyone's got it
Juji: hiuuua uhh
Out of all the videos you've guys made this one taught me the most about bodybuilding.
I wonder if the documentary will feature his heavy steroid use.
Easy, No
Yeah how do you know he uses tons of roids
@@גלאלון-ד1ב He's explained his cycles before. And calls himself the Anabolic Acrobat.
Also, look at him. That physique is impossible naturally.
@@Adam-tp8py doesn't mean he's on a lot of gear
@@גלאלון-ד1ב He is HONEST about his steroid use, and that there is lots of it, he just never goes in to specifics. I am curious. As are many others. Anabolic Acrobat refers to his use of anabolic steroids. He is on LOTS of gear. L O T S of gear. Clearly. This is not a dig against Juji, I love his content. I am just curious.
Wow the documentary sounds epic, good luck Tom
