    The Amazon water resistant info seems to be a generic thing. I've seen water resistant field being used for about everything things. Also waterproof here means the water repellent coatings which makes water to drip away without sticking and smudging on the glass rather than sealing any contacts or screws.

      Yep, that seems to be the case.

    Thx for the apprasal Marcus. I have just bought this set of three filters so it is relieving to hear some real world experience with them. One question though - is there any image degradation in these filters, like sharpness or vignetting from the CPL. Cheers

      Hi there. Not that I've seen, but, I also have NOT done any deep-dive pixel peeping. But you can see me using the CPL filter between about 7:30 and 8:45 in the video, and I then use the ND filter just after that. I didn't see any degradation from my tests and videos. I don't typically use many or any filters for photography, I usually have enough leeway in my camera settings for proper exposure with photos. The K&F products have been pretty good overall, I've been happy with them, so, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Cheers!

    Cheap is not always similar to good quality. I just purchased CPL K&F Concept 77mm Nano-K and it's a big disappointment for me....it absolutely does not cancel the reflections as you show us.

      @MarcusHutsell หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there… You’re right, cheaper is not inherently better, sometimes it is, sometimes it isn’t.
      All I can say is that the filter they sent me that I use this video does exactly what I showed in this video. It worked for me in my testing,…
      I also just don’t usually carry a CPL filter around in my bag most the time, as there are very few times that I need or want one.
      Was just demonstrating what was sent to me, and I’m wondering why the CPL filter you bought doesn’t work… That’s what it’s supposed to do is cancel out some of the reflections. It’s not always perfect, and, you can’t always cancel all of the polarized reflections, but everyone I’ve used, even a cheap cheap one from Vivitar, does work.
      That’s just my experience

    I use Kase filter and it's perfect. But k&f looks not bad, the brand I never heard. Any store in London?

    • @MarcusHutsell
      @MarcusHutsell ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there. I'm not sure. I've only ever ordered filters online (Amazon, etc). And K&F brand seemed to be a good balance between cost/features.....AKA, they weren't "cheap" but they weren't the best-of-the-best either. They're good for what I use them for. And, unfortunately, I've never crossed the pond!!
      I actually don't know if brick-and-mortar stores carry K&F Concept products. The main camera store in my city (Austin, TX), I haven't ever looked at filters there.......they tend to only have the higher-end brands and products anyway, and for my personal use, I just don't need to spend that much.
      You can try Amazon, I know that's not everyone's cup-of-tea ;) But it's certainly hard to spend $85 or $90 on a filter when I can get a very similar one for $25 or $35 and delivered to my doorstep.

    Great video. If I may ask: Do the three work with step up/down rings?? thanks :)

    • @MarcusHutsell
      @MarcusHutsell ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there. Yes they do. These filters are like most others, they have standard sizes and threads and work with any step up/down rings.

    Hey man thanks for the review! What’s newer out of the K series and B series? Which one would you recommend for videography?

    • @MarcusHutsell
      @MarcusHutsell ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there. I'm not sure about the K vs B series. I don't own a LOT of filters, and K&F sent these to me for review. They've worked well for me so far, I find that K&F concept products are a pretty good balance of budget-friendly, but decent quality.

    great video, can we combine CPL and ND filter?

    • @KbiggjhfYfxgjgvh

      I uauslly did, CPL, ND and GND for sunset photography

    • @MarcusHutsell
      @MarcusHutsell ปีที่แล้ว

      of course!! I'd put the ND on first so the CPL filter sits out front so you can turn the CPL filter as needed. Have fun :)

    How to properly stack CPL and ND filter? Is it CPL first and then ND filter, or ND then CPL?

    • @iMaffo
      @iMaffo 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I would put the ND on the front

  • @stevensasongko9906

    Are those 3 filters can be stacked altogether? In the same time? Thank you

    • @MarcusHutsell
      @MarcusHutsell 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      HI there. Yep, you can stack all 3. The most obvious use would be UV-Filter first, ND filter 2nd, then Polarizer on the end (so you can still turn the polarizer). But you can certainly stack them any way you like, all 3 filters have front/rear threads.

    Bought cpl filter nano-k. it blures the image af.

    • @MarcusHutsell
      @MarcusHutsell ปีที่แล้ว

      That's odd. I have a couple of Circular Polarizer filters, obviously including the Nano-k version I use in this video, and I've never had any of them blur my images. They've only provided polarization as described and shown in this video. Possible you got a bad filter, I'd certainly try to return/exchange it.

    • @clorox1676
      @clorox1676 ปีที่แล้ว

      That shouldn't happen. 1. Check the glass is clean. 2. Try manual focus, as your camera may have troubles focusing with an extra glass on it (unlikely, but who knows). 3.Keep in mind the CPL filter reduces the amount of light that reaches the sensor, wich means higher ISO and more noise (or low detail if you shot in JPG). You shouldn't notice any significant quality drop in good lighting conditions.
