You came and delivered you are probably the only one I actively watch transport fever 2 and never get bored. Great job keep it going
21:00 this game still needs more adjustments. A 20 ton grain wagon takes 18, but a 8 ton truck takes 21. I believe train should be the hight capacity choice (after ship).
15:43 yes there is a "de-select all button" it is called: click the LOAD-text (maybe with shift, I don't remember).
Yeah click on the LOAD and UNLOAD and it deselects all or selects all
After reading the youtube post where you talked about a new project "from an older game" I was hoping just for this! Transport fever is a game I love and the game that made me subscribe, then I stayed for the content, keep up the good work, will enjoy the series!

A very nice video! I saw when you scrolled through all the trains saying "this is nice, and this one is nice too" but it would be useful to know what properties of the trains you were considering when picking a suitable engine type, as it's something I've never understood well.

I think if you click the word load or unload, it will deselect all items when setting up the cargo on the line.

I know its a joke, but there are so many decisions/compromises devs have to make throughout development...now just look at how difficult it is to play WRSR compared to TPF2...can you even imagine the code base of either of those games, and the complexity in them? On a difficulty scale 1-10, I'd guess TPF2 lands on a 4, and WRSR 12...It's just one of those thing ;)

I have a love-hate relationship with Transport Fever 2. As much as I think it's a beautiful game, and it was perfect to be the successor to Transport Tycoon Deluxe, it leaves a lot to be desired because it's too simplistic. Stations far from the producer, production chains that are too simple, cities that only have a demand for 2 products (whereas food should be mandatory for everyone), I think it lacks depth. It has a gigantic potential but it's lazy. The ideal would be a middle ground in TF2 and SWRS, to be the perfect transport game.
As for the series, it will be watched, good idea.
The last big update added dynamic industries and dynamic demands, which means cities now have up to 6 cargo demands, with some changing over time. Plus dynamic platform assignments.
The game is certainly on the "simpler" side of game I play, but that's why I like it...you can still make it very complicated if you do what I do ;)

Meh...it's great at what it does, and it doesn't try to do too many things that's it's not made for...too many games with big potential had too big ambitions, and that in turn made the game bad because they started making the wrong compromises...like all good software, you can either be a master of one or a master of none :)
@@bballjo yeah, I gotta your ideia, less is more, and agree with some part, the problem was, they made Train Fever 1, Transport Fever 1, Transport Fever 2, and all lack the same problem. Why just improve the Train Fever 1 because, bottom line, they are all the same. Transport Fever should be the next step, wich, they didint take, they just improve the old games. Thats why they arent in the top 100 games played in steam.

Whatching you play tf2 let me think about buy it again...
I'm sure there are some discounted versions out there...I don't think it's worth $40, but I do have over 500h in it, and the game is really what you make of it...do you like large networks? Do you like mainlines? Do you like trains? Plus, there are some pretty good game changing mods out there which even allow for single industries to supply the whole map, so more complex logistics are needed.
