I had In n Out for the first time in my life this week. As far as fast food burgers goes it went straight to the top, and almost beat my own burgers. At $5.50 each it's definitely worth it. Had to wait in line the first time almost 30 minutes, finished the burger, then went and got another. I will be back for more. I wish I wasn't such a picky eater though and could eat it as it comes. My taste buds never evolved beyond cheese and ketchup.

@matthewelnabbout403 they are nasty 50s car hop burgers, trash. I just know good food and this isn't at all. Never had a Michelin burger would never pay the price for it. I find mom and pop spots go try some of those. I suggest you try some actual good food.
I’ve ordered it almost the exact same way most if my life, I always get the double double animal style add whole grilled onion and no tomato. In-N-Out is just pretty great all around imo.

Dub dub with extra chopped chilis and no tomato for me, really wish we would get one in the Seattle area. Everything is trash and super expensive here… Jack in the Box large burger combo is pushing $20, can get 2 2x2’s, fries, soda and a shake for that price in AZ or TX!!!
