My grandparents lived in Mattituck. Many memories sitting in back of a station wagon going to see them from NJ in the 1970s. They had a little boat we use to go out in. Sadley was out there a few years ago for Uncles funeral. Still nice out there.
Sorry for your loss. We bought our home in the late 70s and have similar memories. While the North Fork has changed much, it still has that old country charm
I got to fish off Mattituck on my Boston Whaler several times and caught some of our best fish before moving to NC. Watching your videos, especially the boat hunts feels like we're visiting!
Man, I really love seeing some of the deals you come across on the side of the road. Unfortunately, I live about 300 miles inland from the East Coast and it's so hard to find to use boats. I'm relegated to boat trader for the most part
If I'm not fishing next day, I do. Otherwise, no. Unfortunately, the water at my marina is off for rest of year so can't do it regardless at this point

My first boat was a 1980s glassmaster tri hull with a 100 hp tower of power merc. She was a doozy to say the least.

Not a bad relocation if you have to move. Some great fishing down there!
Wow never heard of NART before. Can't wait to use it lol

Love Lane Kitchen...great brunch spot!
I was helping my buddy pull his boat out today at Mamaroneck, and it was rough out in the Western Sound.
Enjoy all your videos
Thank you Andrew!
Thanks again 🙏❤️
