Actually, it’s a very well known bug that has never been and probably will never be fixed, because Rockstar only cares about making money off the Online mode. It’s a jetliner that spawns just a little too close to the ground. I don’t remember if it just crashes into a building or it spawns off and it’s too close to turn back on so it falls to the pavement, but that’s basically what’s exploding. Sometimes you can see it when you switch to Michael and walk outside.
