Watching the song being sung during Rio Olympics opening ceremony made me tear up, especially since Antonio Jobim's (the song's composer) grandson was given the honor to sing it

When this was posted back in 2017, that was 2 years into my illness that i developed. Its been a long road to recovery, lost my personality and friends to it, but i find refuge in myself and understand time just PASSES, its a scary but calming truth, everything just passes nothing last forever not even a human body can last forever.
I put this music over a video I made of a trip to Spain with my family. I lost the footage recently and became depressed by it, getting angry at myself for not caring for the footage correctly. But then I realised, I’ll always have that holiday in my memory, and I’ll always have this song to remind me of some of the best days of my life. Appreciate what you have before it’s lost x

I was told a few days ago I'd have to undergo surgery on my other foot. I was gonna have surgery on both feet for a gastroc recession (my calf muscles being lengthened) but thankfully he doesn't see the need for the right foot anymore. The left foot is gonna have a lot of surgery though, he's changing the screws like last time, only now he's gonna cut into the back of my leg and cut a muscle apart so it grows back longer (and less stiff) hope you upload on my surgery date (the day after Halloween) love you guys.
