B) Every states will have 45 best players -- Team A, Team B, Team C 45×36=1620 players total All 45 players will be trained under state football Academy. 3) 6 zonal team should be selected & they must participated in zonal championship. 20 ×6= 120 best players from 1620 players 4) Team india = 66 players Team A =22 players Team B = 22 players Team c = 22 players ( All 66 players should be ready to play for india . But only 22 players will be selected on their fitness level & performance.)

somethings i observed, 1) indian football needs more investment on grassroots and fundamentals. football is only reachable for upper middle class in non-football states. 2) more investment in womens' football, there is no state leagues in half of the country and where are state leagues, its just for the sake of it. 3) we need to change the players if we see they are not much capable anymore. changing of players to younger ones is needed, as they are more passion driven, love driven than money driven. 4) A coach, might be foreign or indian, man or a woman, experienced or not, but should be brilliant in his work. if i had a chance to create a football team, i would want each of them to be capable of every position, a striker who can defend and a defender who can shoot accurately, a play should be like a chameleon, he should be able to camouflage into any position in any given moment. i would like to invest my time in studying the opponent team's matches and strategizing to it while changing my player's positions every now a and then to never be predictable. lastly investing in player's ground skills and making them capable enough to cover up their teammate 's weaknesses at the point of the match, getting them to co-ordinate well would be my top most priority.
The best Indian footballers are definitely not playing for the national team. I have seen local players with better physique and technique than current Indian national team football players.
